Absolutely horrible products and service. Don't do it. Don't be swayed by the price or the money back guarantee.I realized it was garbage as soon as I tried it out. Don't buy the items they discount as add-ons. Everything about it is garbage. Don't waste your time or money. I called them yesterday morning, was on hold for 13 minutes. Was told they'd call me back (and said my place in line would be saved). It's been like 28 hours since that call and no one has called me back. The product is clunky and poor quality and I have already spent more time mad about the product than glad. HATE it! Wish there was less than a star rating available.

I had a System Mechanic Pro License when I needed to renew I was forwarded to a AvantQuest Software in the UK and its Onclick.com subsidiary.Paid them via CC and never received a software link. After multiple support calls I have never received my software. I dont know if these guys are frauds or a extremely poorly run business. Bewareread more

Having read some of the reviews, I am having a similar terrible experience. The link didn't work and they are saying it will take 10-14 if not 30 to refund the money.I don't think I'm going to get it back without a fight. Really unprofessional company. Shocking.
