Let the buyer beware! Deceptive practices. Signed up for 3 months, but they continued the service for 9 months.They use automatic renewal. They claim transparency informing the customer, but that practice is inherently deceptive.

Do not order gluten free items. They have no idea what gluten free entails. They sent items that were processed in a facility that processes wheat or contained wheat.Nothing was certified gluten free, and they are arrogant about it.

My sister ordered the gift box for my Birthday and when it arrived it was just like Christmas in July.I am trying to eat healthy these days and these treats are fun and fabulous and tasty! I don't feel deprived and sad but happy and satiated. So much variety and a chance to try something new everyday. I highly recommend giving this as a gift. Excellent company with excellent customer service. I loved my monthly snack box subscription that I received as a Christmas gift.I had the pleasure of communicating with Urthbox customer service through e-mail several times. They always provided a prompt reply and a quick resolution to my question. I would definitely recommend Urthbox and their monthly snack boxes.

I had a decent experience with the box, snacks were ok at best. What made it a terrible experience was when my subscription (which was a gift for a friend)renewed and I was charged for another 6 months. When I reached out to customer service they told me I could not be refunded at all for a charge I was not expecting. I had to do multiple follow up emails to get refunded in full.
While I appreciate that you are a subscription and need to pre-plan, holding customers hostage and not sending a “you’ll be charged in 5 days” email is very scammy if you aren’t prepared to give a full refund.
