Frustrating Journey to a Settlement Loan
I faced challenges securing a settlement loan due to a small lien, despite having a significant personal injury settlement. Both High Rise Financial and Nova Lending denied my application. Nova Lending initially approved me for $7,500, but I had already signed a $2,000 contract with High Rise. They later rejected me, citing the lien, which I believe my attorney, Mr. Ernest Reece, mentioned. When I expressed my difficult situation, he didn’t suggest a settlement loan, which left me feeling unsupported.
