I have just signed my new Business electricity supply contract using Utility Bidder and with the assistance of their Senior Energy Advisor, Chun Hao Man. It was not a straightforward process due to the fact I had a Variation agreement with National Grid, which had not been fully implemented. Thanks to Chun's patience and tenacity it was possible to resolve the issue and obtain competitive terms for the new contract. I have been through the process of supply renewal several times before but this is the first time I have been confident the the broker had a comprehensive understanding of the market and process. The service I received was excellent and I am happy to fully recommend Utility Bidder.
