pure trash! they wont help with getting back scammed skins that looks legit (on their on services that they controll),because they make more profitt not helping and having you buy back the lost skins . They also dont give two turds about cheaters as they claim they do... they claim they care but all they do is laugh all the way to the bank. fck valve and fck that fat fakking dildo gaben, zero stars if possible.

When they focus on what they know, which is running a Webshop/platform/framework for others,they clearly outperform any other company, giving them monopol on the market.
However, just like facebook, you are unable to reach them, or contact them and are instead routed through something that seem like volunteer support/services and public discussions.
I understand they have a very large client base, but that is no excuse for their poor quality in service, it's because they grew to fast and they are not scalable rendering them unable to support.
Even as a indie developer/publisher i find it hard, nearly impossible to get answers, always automated replies and references to articles or posts that is unrelated to my questions which i guess is from a automated support software.

Terrible service, allows a game with a healthy community die in the harshest way a game could possibly die.With hackers plaguing the game ruining the gameplay and even offering explicit images on children to those who visit their site which is spammed in the chatrooms.
