I stopped buying on this website after a couple of disappointments in my last orders. I bought some Munich shoes,i received the correct shoes but 2 right feet! They can t replace the original items so i had to forget about those shoes i really wanted! On my last purchase they just sent me a different kind of shoes, i had the paper with the type i was expecting but different shoes in the box. I can t believe that if that happened to me twice in one year it s a uncommon mistake... i decided to stop buying with them Amazon do a better job and you can find the exact same items.read more

I have ordered several times and the service is a horrible disappointment! It takes ages for them to reply,they don’t return money, they just offer a 5€ voucher for the next purchase.
Lesson learned -> never ever again!

I shopped on Vente Privee site from 2013-2020. My daughter was 4 when we started and now she is 11 years.It was the most economical, fashionable and time saving shopping experience. Bought all her clothes, shoes, household, drinks etc and I have no regrets. I wish they will come back. I miss what they had to offer. Yes, there were one or two hiccups. However, in terms of overall service, I have no complaints at all. Please come back to the UK.read more
