After not getting much value from the trial, we cancelled subscription, we thought,but apparently there are many more steps involved and they ended up charging 3 months beyond our cancellation before I saw the item pop up on a credit card statement. My boyfriend attempted to contact them regarding the charges with no reply... $150 down the drain for something we never used. Wish I would have read their reviews before we tried.

i used this tool for two months first month was really good but after that they made an update for the tool and that when problems come.they upgraded the tool to new version so everything was changed some features are completely missing, i lost access to seo/tags when i asked them via their website message i waited for long time i noticed they have poor respond rate, usually they respond after 3 to 4 hours anyway after they respond they told me they have a bug on their tool so i asked them to cancel and to get refund on same time as respond but they didn't respond in time so i had to wait again for long time after that they said we will cancel your subscription but they ignored the other question till now. be careful when you deal with them and always prepare for the worst.

so,you are use only highly paid version boost,pro this is my experienced oppinion.

Do not use them, I used the trial from them and the package was 50£ after that, so once the trial wascomplete I stopped using it only to find out I had been billed for two months and then trying to cancel the billing and get a refund was impossible, 5 different times they try and get you to stay when you cancel.
I cant give 0 stars, would if I could.

Unfortunately, I can’t leave a positive review for Trustpilot. The service itself is ok,but there are better alternatives on the market.
This review is mainly focused towards customer service and billing. When I was charged $49 for a subscription I didn’t need, and hadn’t used I reached out to support.
As an EU Consumer, I’m legally protected by the consumer rights act which gives a 14-day refund period on all digital products.
Not only did VidIQ not honour this (which is a legal requirement for sales made within the EU) but they completely ignored the message.
I will be filing a Dispute with my bank, as well as warning people of this fraudulent
— Update, they have now agreed to refund the unused days (considering I only logged in once in 60-days, this is still very bad practice) and I will be pursuing this further.
