One person solved in 3 minutes what others couldn’t in 3 months.

After three months of ongoing issues with a failed SIM card activation and speaking with seven different representatives, my problem remained completely unresolved. The experience was incredibly frustrating — until I finally spoke with Lee. In less than three minutes, Lee immediately identified the issue and successfully activated the SIM. He demonstrated an outstanding level of professionalism and technical knowledge, and his calm, positive attitude turned all that frustration into genuine good spirits. Lee is exactly the kind of employee who makes a real difference and deserves proper recognition. Thank you, Lee! P.S. The five stars review is for Lee, not for O2.

They don’t tell you this

They don’t tell you this. You have 30 seconds to prove your email address. Says times out. Answere phone kept being turned back on after being turned off. First two advisers are on another planet with communication skills. Third adviser tried to help. Advice customer support beyond useless.

This is the worst company for customer service. So pleased I left them, absolutely diabolical Avoid like the plague!

Virgin have ruined O2

O2 - what a catastrophic mistake. O2 customer service was great, o2/Virgin is useless. Why does everything Virgin touch “turn to shit”!!?? Virgin have the worst customer service of any brand I have ever known. DISASTER.

Impossible to log on so I can't access my account. Despite hours of calls. Emails. Texts. Can't anyone at 02 sort it out. Laughable

Do not use Virgin Media O2!

Do not use Virgin Media O2!! The service is absolutely poor and for weeks i haven't received a respond. The disconnect me from the network, but that even after paying the bills. They also never have provided me with the address of the ombudsmen.

Why make life so difficult

Trying to get WiFi in a supermarket that has poor mobile reception and the o2 verification is just unnecessary difficult. Sainsburys need to step up.

Lied and then won't make right, I'll be leaving.

Looking at the reviews on here, this will be a drop in the ocean! Its quite sad because I've been quite loyal to Virgin over the years and haven't had any massive problems with them. However, I'll be leaving 02 as soon as my phone contract ends after the last few months' treatment. Following 02's breach of pricing contract last year I rang to come out of contract and renegotiate a new cheaper package (as suggested by 02 themselves). My husband was able to just leave 02 outright. Even though it was a big faff changing numbers, I thought we'd come to a good arrangement, but for the last 2 months I realised they'd just added a further contact onto my account! Spent another hour talking to the complaints team today, and although they are now removing the extra contact, they won't reimburse me for the extra money charged. Its like all of this strife was for absolutely nothing! And it only began because they breached their own agreement in the first place!
