I can’t comment on others’ experiences, but the delivery process for me went very smooth.Received updates on the delivery process throughout. Even the packaging looks unique and impressive, but it can be a little hard to open. [Especially the outer package, which was really gluey and difficult, but it gave me peace knowing my items were secure and I could tell nobody had the chance to tamper with them!] The items are really beautiful, no complaints, although one ring doesn’t fit very well for the finger intended. I can use it on another, no problem, but I highly recommend people into knowing their specific sizes before ordering— don’t size up or down if you’re looking to order a ring for your index, middle, or ring fingers. All in all, very nice experience, although the reviews initially got me worried. :-] Figuring out the jewelry [how it works, what to do with it] after you receive it can be really fun as well!

SCAMMERS - Do not buy anything from this company. I have waited weeks for my delivery with constant excuses.I have also not been refunded for items I sent back months ago. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT BUY FROM VITALY! (P.s the reply to this proves they don’t have a clue what they’re doing since I have emailed them possibly 30 times trying to resolve this)

Edit: Vitaly's customer service contacted me after I wrote this review and extended my return window so I could exchange the ring for a different one.The new one I got (The Deathgrip) is beautiful, seems high-quality, and fits perfectly. Service and shipping was great too. So I'm bumping my review up from 2 to 4 stars.I bought the Proxy ring and used Vitaly's own size guide, which said I was a size 11 - the ring turned out to be ridiculously big for my fingers, so I exchanged it. This time I went for a size 6, because that was the size the website specified as being in the middle of female sizes. I figured that way it must fit ONE of my fingers at least. But no: Turns out no size actually fits, because the base of the ring fit my ring finger, the middle was too tight so I had to use cold water and spend a minute wrangling it to get it off, and the part that goes on the middle of the finger was WAY too big. So no matter what size you get and what finger you put it on, it won't fit. My hands are not unusual, so it's hard for me to imagine that ring being wearable for anyone.On top of that, the receipt lists the price of the item in $, but the amount they withdraw from your bank account is in €. You also have to pay postage for the return yourself. The price of the item changed two times just in the timespan of me receiving and exchanging the first package, which left me feeling a little ripped off. And when I went to return the second time, the website said the return window had closed after 10 days, even though the general website specifies 14 days.Shipping and exchange time and the exchange process itself was fine, and the packages and items I received weren't broken, so that's the only reason why I give two instead of one star. But I am being generous, because I ultimately paid a lot of money and spent a lot of time for nothing.

Vitaly is AWFUL! I ordered earrings for $75.00 as a gift my boyfriend was so excited about.These earrings do not even fit in a regular piercing sized hole. As in, the gauge of the earrings is far too large. I tried them on, as did my friend and my mom. It wouldn't even come close to fitting in our earlobes. It is completely bizarre that these earrings have such a huge gauge with no information about the gauge listed on the website. I have never had this experience ordering earrings online before. Customer service would not answer any of my questions or even consider refunding me. Do not order earrings from Vitaly. They literally will not fit in your ears. Absolutely ridiculous.

My order was suddenly canceled for “FRADULENT” suspection, which is not a real reason for me.They told me to reorder using paypal, which i emailed back them to agree, but then they cancelled my order anyways. Thats clown sh**?. Do better

My package was misdelivered by USPS and I let both USPS and the company know. The company offered mea "one-time courtesy" (which I did not ask for -- I would have been fine with receiving a refund for a package that never arrived). Being an honest person, I let the company know that I eventually received the original package, after trials and tribulations as I wasted hours trying to figure out what had happened with USPS. Vitaly immediately demanded that I send one package back within 7 days and it was literally the middle of the week and I work full time. When I asked if I could just keep it (which most stores would allow, considering that it wasn't my fault at all) I felt like I was being treated like some kind of scammer? Specifically, this was their response: "As we shipped this item as a courtesy to you free of charge we will need it back now you have both. We understand it was not your fault it did not arrive, but we will not get any money back for this order. We can invoice you for it if that helps." What a joke.In summary, the cheap jewelry sold by this company isn't worth the hassle. I wish I had read the other reviews on Vitaly before ordering.

Average quality stuff with a premium price tag. MADE IN CHINA so quality will be similar or inferior to most other brands.I bought on 25% off but still felt like their prices are on the steep end. Their designs are cool and different, but that seems to be their only unique selling point.

Horrible experience. Ordered a bracelet two months ago and the item never shipped out.Had to contact their customer service on three different occasions in order to just get the item shipped out and didn't even receive any sort of compensation for the time wasted. Horrible experience trying to contact customer service and would definitely not recommend anyone purchasing anyone from them. Buyers beware.
