Domains Down because their error and they do not refund.

After web.com and networksolutions.com took down my domains twice in less than 30 days.Leaving them out of business for days, for their error, I was forced to move to another company.
When asked for a refund they denied it.
So besides the bed service, they simply take your money without any kind of responsibility.
Also, be aware that I already sent an email to l i s t e n at web dot com, luckily they called me just to confirm that they will not refund. Really crazy behavior. They don't make the job but keep your money.
It's the lowest bang for the buck in the domain hosting area. "Just pay, and we will make the best to keep your domain down". :)
Avoid this company at all.read more

Web.com is nothing but an absolute fraud. I created a website Fourteensfashion.com with web.com and I get to know the website can't be viewed globally.Moreover I want to delete the website and stop them from deducting the auto payments or at least temporarily pause the billing cycle until I don't reset up my business but looks like easy money is all what they want and customer satisfaction is not really of their interest. I just get to see on the management page what will be the next billing date but no option to delete website. Whether I've a business or not but the website will keep running because they will continue to charge regardless of your will. Very disappointed that I chose web.com to host my website when other better options like godaddy and wix are available along with the delete options.read more

Be Careful because this Company has no customer support and they stole my money. At first,they will keep on calling you to upsell their fake offers, and then they won't even answer you after that. I need my refund of 2000 USD right now. Be careful people they will keep on talking to you with sweet words to get more money. If trustpilot.com had the feature of uploading screenshots I would have uploaded all the proofs or show their emails but It doesn't allow email addresses in reviews. the conclusion is that web.com will keep on giving you e-mails to contact but they will never give a good service and never refund any penny to you. The same happened to me and I need my refund.read more

We have been with register.com for 20 years and web.com bought them out. We are so disappointed.They had a system glitch and deleted all past emails. The customer service is terrible. They are not interested in helping you. I would never choose this company, you will be disappointed.read more
