Poor quality extensions, poor support, no accountability

Poor quality extensions, poor support, ends up costing more than the price of the extension(s).No way to escalate issues, their Project Manager went on leave while our issues were still outstanding.
We installed some Webkul extensions and immediately began having issues with all of them (in fact, there are the same or similar issues in their demos too). Below is just an excerpt of some of the extensions and issues.
We purchased the Ajax Layered Navigation extension, it was not working since the beginning and even their demo is not working. We paid for the Webkul support period to fix the extension (a hefty 50% of the extension cost) but Webkul has not fixed it. It has been 2 months since we've been waiting for them to fix it. We've now paid 3x the price of the extension (including Webkul support and my server charges to keep a server open for Webkul to work on). And we've just learned that their Project Manager in charge of this ticket has gone on leave and our ticket was set to 'low' priority despite our countless emails for them to resolve the issue ASAP.
Furthermore, during my correspondence with their technical team, they were trying to deny that the issue is with their extension. I had to point it out to them till they finally acknowledged it is a flaw in their extension.
Another Webkul extension we purchased for which we have the same issues as described above is the Multivendor Wallet.
My advice is to go with Amasty or Mirasvit instead. Their extensions might be a little more expensive but it's worth it because they work much better and their support is able to resolve issues much quicker and with more knowledge of their own extensions and the issues.

Horrible Experience.. no escalation path..

First Application had some minor bugs.. but we didnt get the support package extended so we ended up buying a new package.after 1.5 months of haggling on the new application they finally gave us the second version with the same bugs... they discovered that they forgot to quote for some work after we paid .. we paid for the forgotten work.. No one to escalate to.. all our requests for a meeting went unanswered.. we are an agency and we are now stuck... the client is about to cancel because of the delay.. horrible support, horrible timing ... I hope someone from the management will read this.. we tried calling several times .. no way to reach anyone and when you call they will say.. why are you calling .. open a ticket with supportatwebkul.com !!!!!
