Extremely bad executive management, enough to ave legal issues. Emphasis is placed on improving their own paycheck rather than their employees. You are not compensated for your hard work with annual raises. It is a very hostile environment both racially and professionally. Lower-level employees are seen as expendable and are not valued as people.
