Stay clear I ordered an Sig M17 as a birthday gift for someone. The order was defective when delivered and after a long spate of emails with Siucut and the manufacturer contacted we worked out the issue. The communication, compensation offer, email reply times and support were extremely disappointing! Decisions regarding my purchase were made without my consent and not communicated with me. I am extra disappointed and would not recommend purchasing from them.

This is unprofessional company and the worst outsourcing cleaning company you can deal with. This company has contract with Moxy London Heathrow Airport company. Moxy is part of Marriott chain. I am guest at Moxy from 05 - 15 July 2021. One of the staff member of WGC company stole my money from the room and run a way within 20 minutes of entering my room her manager tried to run behind her but she disappeared and she did answering her mobile that happened in 10 July till today she have been since. All the hotel staff who are in charge saw her in CCTV running away as well as her manager from the same housekeeping company and she did report the incident to her office. I am wondering is this company checking their staffs criminal history or they just employee anyone without knowing if the going to steal people thing while the suppose to clean it. Moxy and other hotel like Accor, IHG in UK shouldn’t work or singe contract with them. As I am ExFairmont, Raffles and Swissotel my advice to you. This company will slams all of your marketing spending to promote your hotel and brand. You will lose your guests safety and satisfaction. They aren’t worth it.
