Fraud? My parcel was lost during transportation. It took a lot of time for me to find out this information as wildberries is not interested about delivery of the parcel to the costumer.I informed wildberries about this situation but they still doesn't refund my money (more than €100). I emailed them many times but they don't take any actions for 2 months. As a result, I lost all my patience and have no more desire to make an order there again. It's really upsetting to me that I didn't read reviews about wildberries service before making an order.

To all buyers and employees, I canceled my order 44 days ago and Manager Dmitriy told me funds would be returned "soon".After that, I have written them several times and only got automatic responses. According to the Law of the EU, the trader must refund 14 days after they receive a cancellation request. Dear Managers of Wildberries, when will I finally get my money back? Order WBFRM2617358917ELA. Dear buyers, I really don't recommend you to buy from this website. Take care of your money!

Wildberries in Germany are doing unbelievably awful! They started to sell goods completely "schwarz",without caring about any local taxes etc. People were happy with extremely low prices, did many orders, suffered from afwul delivery (in thin bags and with many damaged items etc), but the prices were too good to whine. Now SUDDENLY Wb changed the delivery service to DHL Express and said they don't care, people gonna pay taxes and everything themselves. Relatively fair, but these terms should be known before, written in detailes, and properly counted - bc now people have to pay taxes and Zoll Services which are more than what they paid for order! Unbelievably bad service. I cannot imagine grown up people with experience in International business are running it. So not well done, wow. Better not do ANY orders now, until they understand all the bullsh*t and make everything clear and understandable.

Awful! Customer support is not about this website. I haven't got my orders in 1-month meanwhile they should be shipped max in 10 days.There is not any explanation about late shipping and the cause. There is not even an online chat to speak with a customer support specialist.

To buyers and employees the money was returned quite a long time ago. Automatic replies and similarentries meant that I just didn't check the card status in a long time Sorry for my emotional entries, but automatic replies and lack of information until today did not build good moods and opinion about you! It turns out that Wildberries is a decent company!

I was a client of this shop for many years while was living in Russia. Now I live in Israel and made the order right after the shop started to work at this market.And this is the worst experience of online shopping I've ever had. I received the order, not everything fitted and I made the return according to all the rules set by Wildberries. I received the message from the post service that the parcel delivered to the addressee and since that nothing. Almost one month has passed and no information from Wildberries. Neither my money, nor even message that the parcel was received. I write e-mails to their customer service several times a week, I ask them about status of delivery. And everything I have from them are very rare answers with one standard sentence: "Thank you for the information. We will check it". Ok, we all know that logistic is difficult now due to corona times etc. But could you, guys from WB, at least be more specific with your answers and just to put an effort to do your job? What for the company enters an international market if it's not ready to carry out processes normally?Please, find my delivered to you parcel and give me my money back
