Excellent- Excellent- Excellent... :) Seriously, if you are thinking about this or juts sitting on the fence - Do not worry.Willoughby’s Camera are really great with their customer service and with their price. I just had my Canon R6 delivered. I ordered it on a Thursday, delivered on the following Monday, it can take longer, but mine arrived really quickly. I would recommend Willoughby’s Camera to anyone, and unlike web shops, they guarantee to pay any import fees, which really helped me to decide. I hope this helps anyone else looking to purchase, thanks, and have a great day! Dyers. :)

Nikon 10x42 ProStaff 3S Binoculars-Fantastic Product for the Price! I wanted a really nice set of lightweight binoculars for birding-but that wouldn't cost an arm and a leg.These binoculars are incredible. Ultra-lightweight, simple to use, and very powerful optical performance. The eye cups come in handy for glass-wearers. Best price I found online and received on time as anticipated. Willoughby’s Camera did a great job shipping/packaging also!

Everything great, good used camera at great price (unusual for New Yorkers), terrific express delivery!(Next day to Maryland! - never seen that before), product works properly. The only minus is for lack of viable financing options. Minimum cost is $1000., camera was below elsewhere with financial input.but even if would top up to 1k it is too expensive with accessories - over $200.charges. Lack of option to pay off in less than 24months. I would be interested in e.g.100=deposit and 6x100e.monthly instalments. No such pathways here, unlike B and H Photo. Still - a BIG THANK YOU! :) You brought my hope back that great deals still can be found in New York :D

I would choose zero stars if possible. This company has a regular scam and unfortunately I was sucked into it.Same as the other reviewers- I was contacted by 'Jimmy' the day after I purchased a Nikon D850 online and told that I had purchased the 'International model' of the camera. They told me the camera would not work for my purposes if I planned on using it in the United States. I told Jimmy I wanted to cancel my order and take a look at the website to make sure I was buying the camera I needed. Cancellation would incur a fee, so he offered to switch the camera out for the US model for the difference (more than $600, or the same price the camera is being offered on every other website). Not wanting to pay the cancellation fee, I agreed to the upcharge. Once off the phone, I immediately realized that I had been scammed. NOWHERE in the ad was this noted as an international model (I had saved screen shots) and even if it had been, there would have been no functional difference for me (the menu on the international model is available in multiple languages....that's how it differs). I contacted the business by phone and email asking to cancel my order and to this date I have not heard ANYTHING back from the company. I'm working with consumer affairs in NYC and the state where I live. I've also reported the fraud to my bank for a refund and I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau for help resolving and warning others to avoid this company. Check the BBB website for more very similar complaints. How is this scam allowed to continue? If anyone has advice for bringing down this company, I am all ears. I'm on this until I get my money back. I hope this warning helps other potential customers!

Second time I've bought from them and I am so very impressed. This time I phoned the Willoughby’sCamera store about a used Nikon D850 I was interested in and the chap went got the actual camera off the shelf and talked me through everything. I immediately bought it and it arrived the very next day along with a memory card they sent separately. Can't fault them and I'm looking forward to going along to the store itself at some point.

Excellent part exchange, fast efficient service. I wanted to part ex. my Mitakon Zhongyi Speedmaster 65mm f/1.4 Lens for an Arca-Swiss 4x5 F-Field.I received an offer via email which I was happy with. I received a call from the shop to inform me there had an Arca-Swiss F-Field C 4x5 View Camera in mint condition which I could have as an exchange at a substantial saving. The collection and delivery was very efficient and I received the offer price on the lens I exchanged. The camera I received is in excellent condition. The service I received was friendly and efficient, will use again.
