Customer service is bad. I emailed quite a simple question on April 1st which eventually produced a response from the correct department on April 12th.Unfortunately not any kind of response to the question is asked, just some copy and pasting on an unrelated topic. Waste of time, I give up.

One star because Trustpilot doesn’t do minuses. Awful company who do not give a toss about you or your order.They appear to just want your money. I made an order which arrived wrecked due to bad packaging on their part. Item was a pre-order and they couldn’t exchange it as they had no stock. Took a week to get a response and it was rather monotone and they said a refund was issued - no proof. Contacted them on Twitter where they’re equally non-commital and will do nothing to help. Do yourself a favour and avoid this outfit affiliated with (possibly even run by) Warner Music. They simply do not care. If your order arrives then you’re lucky. If there’s a problem, you were warned.

I pre-ordered an item. They sent it out without notification of the time. The contact information for shipping company wasn't complete so they could not reach me.This was natural mistakes so far.
But contacting the customer support was a mess. I got several automated answers to my problem. And if somebody answered, they asked the same information from me again and again. I felt that nobody actually ever read what I wrote. I ended up asking help and refund through payment company.
In this point customer service stopped solving the problem. Luckily I got my payment back in the end.

I would give them no stars if I could. Pre ordered an item. Received two out of three items.One item said it had been shipped out on November 24th. I still have not received it and the tracking number was never valid to check on the status of the shipment. I've emailed them so many times and only ever receive the automated response and never any follow up or answers. My credit card info was compromised by ordering through them, causing me to have to cancel the card I had. In amazed at how awful the customer service is. I just want what I paid for.

I never experienced such a horrible customer service. I never received my items after waiting for more than 4 months.They’ve send me one message stating the item was returned to them. When I asked them for a refund they ignore me completly and just don’t respond to my messages. I had to sent them over 50 already, but no response. So, they took my money but they never delivered my ordered items.
In short: I got robbed and ripped off by the good people of Warner Music. Thanks....

I ordered the Gorillaz Almanac and their band shirt on the 22nd of November. It was a pre-order and I obviously expected delays.However, I've been left in the dark until the 22nd of January, when they said that my item is ready to ship with no ETA delivery time. I decided to give it 2 more weeks but now this is getting ridiculous. I could've ordered it off of Amazon but in case my order does come, I don't want 2 of the same books in my house. Please don't buy from this website.

Shocking customer service. I returned an item in December and they stated that it had not been returned.I provided proof of postage and confirmation from royal mail that it had been delivered two weeks before. Now they are not responding to any of my emails, it's been 8 weeks since I returned the item. So they have the product and my money. Wont ever order from them again.
