Stayed at the Microtel off Interstate I 75 and Cortez Blvd in Brooksville Florida.Received a billing from Priceline who made reservation and the hotel who double billed me. Priceline attempted to resolve issue but was verbally beat down by the clerk Jasmine. Priceline told me nothing they could do. I called the hotel and attempted to resolve the issue with Jasmine. I was meet with a tirade verbal salad. I ask if I could speak, I was told “no”that she was insulted by my request and that she has worked at hotel for 2 years and knows what her job is. I was told there where no charges to my credit card at all. I then called my credit card company who confirmed the hotel did double charge me. I will have to do a formal dispute for this incident as the the hotel is unwilling to unable or incapable of fixing this issue. Chill Jasmine no one is attacking you. My. what a unnecessary rage.

Ramada by Wyndham Midtown Grand Island Address: 2503 S Locust St, Grand Island, NE 68801 Phone: (308)384-1330 A Hilton representative stayed at this motel for 4 months so he can finalize his review about this family oriented motel. Overall, I was very impressed of the friendliness of an exceptional gorgeous white female by the name of Malory who gave me an ever lasting memory of how any customer should be treated. Malory is very dedicated to her job and always has a beautiful smile that tells it all. She is not only smart but is a loyal friend who will refer you to the Country Inn & Suites and the Hilton Garden Inn. I saw Malory more of a girlfriend than a hotel front desk attendant because of her genuine sincerity and commitment to her job. Malory sees no color nor ethnicity differential preference when it comes to caring for someone. If Malory was not attached to someone, I would love to be her fiance. This hotel deserves a 5 stars review due to its genuine family support that they all have for one another is remarkable! This Ramada Inn needs your support due to on going a make over that requires lots of financial capital investment.

We stayed at the Denver airport Microtel on 11/30 and planned to stay again on 12/15.My wife received bed bug bites on 11/30. Microtel was the only motel we stayed in over a several month period. Upon arriving in London my wife discovered the bites. Upon returning to the U.S. on 12/15/119 we immediately contacted the airport MicroTel and advised the person on duty (Gabby), about the bed BED BUGS in room 115. She said she would advise the manager and that he would contact me. Thus far this has not happened (12/19/19) apparently they are not concerned about BED BUGS. We made other arrangements for 12/15.

MICROTEL INN WYNDHAM LONG ISLAND The day we arrived we discovered that the room I wanted to book wasn’t the one that we had at the end on the reservation.So Due to there was a misunderstanding with Agoda and after calling them the hotel agreed to change our room to a double bed room and they told us that it would be a possibility of being change on the 15 th to a one bed room, but if this would happened they will let us know about it . Today, (15th ) no one told us anything about it Even not the night before that Not even a call NOTHING. What a SURPRISE that when we arrived to the hotel at night I discovered that they had charged me an EXTRA 100 DOLLARS without even telling me that this might happened if we decided not to change the room. What a funny situation when I told them why they didn’t call me to let me know and they said : “ we called you multiple times today and nobody answered” What a funny answer for them when I asked them to have a look on my cell phone number at their system and I discovered that THEY DIDNT HAVE IT . It is really convenient for them NOT TO AWARE OF THE CONSEQUENCES at first. How funny that this isn’t LEGAL !!!!!! Apparently this decision was made by BRYAN ALVAREZ (General Manager ) who decided that he was in his rights to take my MONEY without informed me first. In addition to this ISSUE I have to make clear that it were US the ones who went to reception asking if everything was in order regarding this situation. On the other hand,If we haven’t gone to reception once we arrived they WOULD NOT EVEN TOLD US ANYTHING. And you suppose to give a good service and call yourself professional . Also, and just to let you know that we didn’t make any complain about having our room in front of a very LOUD construction work that Started everyday around 5:30 am . Or let’s not talk about THE RATS that there are around the hotel , very CUTE If you like them. So let me ask you ask you know ... WHAT WOULD YOU DO ?

I stayed 3 nights at the Super8 in Arcata, California. The price was great. $60+ tax per night on Expedia.com. The room was soooooo big. The bed was comfy. There was a big dresser for my things, a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker with the fixings, hair dryer and bath tub! All included in the price, PLUS an extraordinary continental breakfast. I had waffles every morning. Staff was great; not nosey, not rude, and they made sure all the food was replenished when getting low on an item. Coffee, bananas, yogurt, etc. I'm used to motels that put the breakfast out once, then when it's gone, it's gone. Not here, you show up anytime from 6:30-9:30am, breakfast is served? I plan on going back soon...

Baymont by Wyndham in Bartonsville PA terrible staff lied & staff rude to me as client.When I made the reservations for my stay, the web site stated $121/night. Informed them I had a pet. I was never informed of the following: a) rate varies according to what night of week it is; b) central reservation can NOT add on pet fee/night. This is done @ hotel upon check in. c) Even though nightly fee varied according to night of week, there was no change in room or even breakfast choices. The one gentleman @ check in stated he would notify General Manager of my dispute, he never did. In AM when I asked re: General manager, the woman @ desk became very rude & irrate. I had to inform her to cease as I heard her first time. Then upon check out, I received a yet 3rd statement. I was informed that the "safe fee" was deducted. Once again I was never Informed of a "safe fee". Over all very disappointed. Staff rude & lied!

Hotel Bad Bramstedt Nice rooms - avarage, but the restaurant is poor and dirty. Service is poor,and for breakfast, the scrambled eggs are made from egg powder, bacon is fried in a microwave oven and the soft-boiled eggs are hard-cooked. All in all, the breakfast is a disappointing experience.
