EXTREMELY BAD - do not buy; I bought a versalink printer 1 year 3 weeks ago and sheet broke. Also bought over £ 1,000 in toner to maintain warranty. When I called Xerox to get a repair I was sent from Pillar to post and after a week eventually told that as one year had passed printer was out of warranty As for spending over £1,000 on toner I was told this did not extend the warranty because toner had to be bought within 6 month before end of the warranty and extended warranty had to be registered on website before expiry of warranty. UNBELIEVABLY BADread more

My previous comments and bad experiecen - it transpires - was to a number which does not belong to Xerox.I tried contacting again this morning only to find out it isnt Xerox but a private company who try to dupe people into sending out engineers to fix faulty electrical equipment and then overcharge. Some very dodgy people working at the company, all of who seem to be working on mobiles, out and about, likely un-monitored. I have no idea how I ended up on the phone to them, but lesson learnt.
My inital reaction was merited, but should not be directed to Xerox so am updating Trust Pilot review accordingly since Xerox have done nothing wrong.read more

Our medical office decided not to renew our contract because their fees for making copies were so highthat it was cheaper to contract with a local company and pay them for their copies while still paying the lease on the Xerox machine. Something just isn’t right with that situation but it gets worse.
Once I told their sales rep that we wouldn’t be moving forward with extending our contract, he became belligerent. One day he came up to our practice and lied to our receptionist, telling her he had a meeting with me. He then refused to leave our patient waiting area until I came to speak with him. When I did go to speak with him, IN FRONT OF ALL OF OUR PATIENTS AND MY EMPLOYEES, he became angry, demanding that I give him an explanation for why we weren’t going to continue our contract with Xerox. He went on to tell me that he had gone “above and beyond for us trying to negotiate a better rate and he didn’t have to do that”. Unbelievable. But wait, it gets worse.
At that time we still had 6 months to go on our contract. I marked on my calendar when the first date opened up to notify them we were cancelling our contract. I sent this via certified mail at the very beginning of that 60 day window. No response. I gave it about 4 weeks but when I didn’t hear from them, I started calling. I couldn’t tell you how many times I waited on the line only to be hung up on or was transferred to somebody’s voicemail or told I couldn’t be found in the system. I didn’t give up and finally found somebody I thought could help me. He told me they never got a letter and asked me to send the letter to him via email. He confirmed receipt and said it would be handled. But nope, the contract term date came and went and they never came and got the copier or reached out to us again. I didn’t really think much about it until our CPA emailed me and said that Xerox TURNED US INTO COLLECTIONS. So I started calling and emailing again. I was told by the same gentleman that helped me before that he saw my letter was uploaded but couldn’t figure out why they were still billing us because he didn’t show any open invoices. He set up two conference calls so that we could get it all squared away. They stood me up both times and this is where we currently stand.
RUN, DONT WALK AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. Find somebody locally— they have better prices and WAY better customer service. All Xerox wants is your money and when they don’t get it their next best option is to make it incredibly difficult for you to move on. So I’m here to warn as many people as I can on any forum that I can (I’m just getting started) so that others don’t make the same mistake we did.read more
