Nice idea, works only half the time, with customer service amounting to packing off customers (for the sake of security,i.e. commercial interest). My wife and I both signed the document. I got an email with link that allowed me to retrieve the doc. My wife never got the email, or lost it, document lost. The solicitor who initiated the whole thing, seemingly the actual paying client, tried and failed to recover the documents as well. I may lose a house sale because of this, as I work abroad and physical signature comes too late. Drive over / take a cheap flight to the signature venue, rather than rely on this service ! Also: beware equally of YOUSIGN.ORG, reportedly a notorious phishing venue, scam on Facebook.
