Very bad customer service and they expect me to pay for something that never received!

3 months ago I ordered 2 Versace sunglasses from zalando. But I only received one sunglasses!I informed them about that and they sent me a form and I filled out and sent them by email! More than a hundred I called and emailed them, but they didn’t care! 2days ago they emailed me,” According to our warehouse information, the order was completely shipped including all ordered items. You have not reported the parcel being damaged so we consider the order to be delivered complete.” And I’m still shocked!!! Because several times they asked me that, the package was damaged? And I said yes! I have no idea why they told me you have not reported the package was damaged!!! How many times should I tell them, the package was damaged and I only received one sunglasses and send back to them!!!! After 3 months, they told me you have to pay!!! For what???!! For an item I did not even receive!!!! I’m really tired of their bad customer service! They didn’t care about their customers!!! My mom is a lawyer and told me we have to sue them!! terribe shopping user experience!!! some of their items no longer have the product description or model details(height and size etc)i find this frustrating. terrible service! its more than a week and my order hasnt arrived. i called the call center, the only response i got was a "sorry", again thats total incompetence! what is customer service department for? Stay away from Zalando! I am an old client and recently ordered a pair of boots, but they didn't fit so I returned them.They falsely claimed that I wore them, despite the fact that they were sent back two days after I received the parcel. Needless to say that they forced me to pay. I told them that I want my account deleted, they didn't answer. After the second request, instead of deleting it, they blocked my access. Now they stall the deletion and refuse to answer to any of my deletion requests. Zalando app is working only for email addresses on a German domain (.de). Zalando Zircle is also a black hole for items barely worn or not worn.read more
Impossible to buy in Zalando

Zalando just made it impossible for people to get the shoes they want. My account cannot buy any Dunk,Jordan 1 Mid High or Low or any other shoe Zalando considers limited...even if they are in stock for several days, its impossible! So the question is why does Zalando even sell those if people cannot buy? I can only cart stuff that I don't want lolol.
I've already contacted the Customer Care and they say its an error that is being study by the technical department which is not true...they simply don't allow accounts to add to cart those specific items, so if you are seeing this review and are a new customer looking to try to buy this kind of shoes in Zalando, don't even try...they don't allow it!read more

I use this service very often. And I will use it in the future. Good stuff and fast delivery.
If you are a new costumer trying to buy hyped sneakers on Zalando...it is not for you, its for the ones that cheat and hack

Sadly Zalando as implemented a serious of rudumentary "anti-bot" issues that basically do not promote new costumers to come an buy,since they made it impossible to add to cart limited shoes like Jordans and Dunks, and for those who have ancient accounts that were able to add those items, once you buy or try to buy, they just ban the accounts and say it was hacked. So, if you are a new costumer and just got to know that Zalando has shoes you want like Jordans, Dunks, etc. just forget it...its not for you and you are not be able to buy them.
With this cheap "anti-bot" and "anti-hacking" atitude they are just leating those who really, getting away since people always find bypasses to this.read more

Normally speaking I love Zalando but some things are getting worse (which can be seen here on trustpilot)and I most likely will slowly stop ordering.
1st -very long process time. Compared to other e-shops which are able to ship the order same day "per rechnung" even on weekend, with Zalando it´s waiting for at least 3 days until they only recognize the payment! My Schufa is clean as a dove and still Rechnung is not an option.
2nd- bugs in the system. Ordering let´s say 2 items, changing the mind, cancelling one item, paying for 2nd item. Again, payment is not recognized, but Zalando sends a reminder, not being aware that one item has been cancelled.. and after all Zalando cancels whole order due to missing payment for unwished item! Customer service telling me something like "tja, order once more". I would like to but it got sold out in meanwhile. Sorry this is no go.
3rd- how tf is customer suppose to reach customer service in order to resolve such issue????read more
