I've bought from Zap Creatives a few times now and everything always looks exactly how I pictured.They are very helpful in answering questions through email and also Instagram and always reply in a good amount of time. Sometimes the process can be a little slow around busy times but for the most part it is fairly quick. The pricing is very reasonable especially as there is also always offers on too! Highly recommend!read more

Their products are mediocre, but they cost a decent amount so you can’t really complain.
What I can complain about however,is the absolute HORRID customer service you WILL receive through this company. From Nicole and Kimberly, to Karen.
Expect multiple e-mails if you’re inquiring about anything, because 9/10 they will not read what you wrote. Which will leave you running in circles.
As they will IGNORE questions that they don’t know the answers to, or probably just don’t want to deal with.
That being said, expect your time to be wasted. But if you’re okay with being ignored, and don’t require your products on a schedule. Then zap is the company for you.read more
