The order was placed 16/02/2021, a couple of days before the owner change. Then i was sure there were going to be delays because of new staff.Started to monitor the site and the order to see if the movies was coming in stock and/or the order was despatched. The first week of Mars it was despatched, even thou the site had not listed the movies as "in stock" since the owner change. One month later, still hasn't got the order. Their support email is not working and they are not responding to messages on social media. So i think they just marked my order as despatched without anything sent.

Ordered and then nothing

Ordered and then nothing. Waited 10 days and no dispatch email at all. Had to go through PayPal to get my refund which they promptly did saying that there was no stock.They didn't bother refunding until I chased even though they had no stock.

I ordered a puzzle at the beginning of December. Was a xmas present for my grandson.Was fobbed off with shipping issues due to covid taking longer to arrive. It is now the end of march. I have not received the puzzle or the refund I requested. No response to my request for a refund when I emailed. V disappointed.

Pre ordered blu ray in November. Tried to cancel it a week ahead of delivery - received no reply from customer service so emailed again forwarding first email - still no reply so sent a third time.Got a reply to this email to say it was too late to cancel now! Have asked for a returns authorisation three times - and ignored every time over a two week period. Now not sure what to do - have packaged blu ray and want to return - it the company customer service email ignore me and they don’t have a contact phone number

I have ordered from this company to some what dismay item not delivered I contacted zoom they stateabout royal mail asks them to allow more time for delivery where customers are due to covid due to been over stretched zoom don't you realize if a company eg royal mail is other stretched due to covid errors can happen parcels can go astray and get lost in the postal system, but it's ok stating royal mail delivery times due to covid can be delayed or that's right (CAN BE SO ITS NOT GUARANTEED TO HAVE BEEN DELAYED AND CAN STILL BE DELIVERED ON TIME) you can blame royal.mail as manty times as you like but deep down if every where is facing issues like they say re covid wouldn't.you yourselves gain issues and computer errors can happen at your end then when customers put in for refund you don't like it, and customers are in the wrong I read.many bad reviews about zoom but customers may think you can not be that bad but when I have sent several.messages through eBay to you and you ignore, why because zooms in the right, and yet eBay as to issue refund why because you clutch at straws you replied to one email stating to me you expected the item to of reached myself by now and that was after case was opened on non received goods and in the same email from you it stated it can take longer due to covid but you already stated you expected it to be delivered by now that was in a 3day span so you contradict can you actually state you don't have problems at zoom you don't have despatching issues you don't over look any orders, you dont pass orders off as a despatch when it may not have, you don't have any issues at all by the sounds of things but all businesses suppose to be over stretched due to covid lack.of staff etc so you can make errors yourselves and you can not face it you have not come to reality as a big company you to can have hiccups at times like this let alone any other times.
