About 2 months ago I ordered 2 products from 1 MD and received the order with one bottle previously opened with all safety seals gone.I let them know but felt they had been horribly lax in shipping this type of product out. I tried the pills in one of the unopened bottles but after taking them my stomach was upset and I was nauseous. After some thought I decided I didn’t trust them as medical professionals and tried to return everything. I called them and received their instructions and followed them to the letter. I insured the return and tracked it. They received it. I had gone through PayPal and thought all would be fine. It wasn’t. I tried contacting 1MD several times with absolutely no results and they evidently gave PayPal a difficult time too. They would not refund my payment. I received a partial credit from PayPal if I use them on other orders but only one fifth of what I paid is going back into my account -probably from 1MD. I also had to pay for the shipping back. If they were the only company to exist with supplements, I would NOT order from them. I think they are far from ethical and honest and will be surprised if this review is available but I also intend to put it out on Facebook to be sure it is seen.

They don't have the option to cancel the order once you place it, unless you call them or maybe emailthem within 24 hours of placing the order. Good luck trying to reach out to their customer service. I waited for an hour and a half, then it hung up. I called again, waited maybe 50 minutes or so, and finally was able to speak to the customer service representative. Moreover, they do take a while to reply via email. On their website, as of April 12, 2020, it shows their operating hours for Sunday, However, they don't work on Sunday.

I tried their product and did not lower the fats in my liver. I ordered 1 bottle of their liver cleanse capsules.They keep sending out monthly bottles despite repeated emails indicating I did not sign up for a monthly renewal-total scam. If you call their phone # you will be on hold for hours. Do not buy anything from these crooks!

ASSOCIATION WITH CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE, BEWARE, PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

This company sends me illegal emails every day, violating the CAN-SPAM act laws. They engage daily with a criminal enterprise and turn a blind eye to federal regulations to increase sales.The law is clear; they are responsible for monitoring companies they hire to manage their marketing. They send "commercial content" daily from a different email address every time, so one cannot block the unwanted spam. I do not trust companies who use illegal and unethical ad tactics. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy - frankly, the ad company they are using is my worst enemy as I get about 30 of these SPAM emails a day. It's a shame they result in illegal and unethical tactics, and they engage with a criminal enterprise to increase business - one must question the companies moral culture. Each violation has a $43,280 penalty per the FCC CAN-SPAM Rule. I am sending a copy of this SPAM to the FCC SPAM enforcement team. I will post this and other similar messages on Trust Pilot every time I get these emails to lower your Trust score. Every interaction I have with your company, I will post another.

Well, I don’t know anything about this product or the products they sell. I am hoping to get others to post their experiences with this company’s products.Claim to cleanse the liver. However they sell many other formulations for everything from anti-aging to liver detoxification.
