Alan is a great person to discuss with all your requirements. He is patient and explains all stuffs in detail. And the installation team kept updated on the timeline. The installation engineer Cameron Hannon did a great job and explained the working of the system thoroughly. Action 24 is great to deal in whole.
Great company and great customer service
I never wait long whenever I contact customer service and whoever I speak with is familiar with the problem that I'm having. Whenever I need a technician to come out, someone is available relatively quickly, even on short notice. Whenever I contact action24 with a problem it feels like they're actually looking to solve it instead of passing the buck onto someone else or another department on another phone call. More companies should be like this. It is a real pleasure to deal with this company and I can't recommend them enough.

The system is fantastic I do shift work and I wanted an alarm system when I’m on night shifts for my wife and child to feel safe while I’m not there. The app is very user friendly all the staff were polite any questions I had were answered quickly and the action24 monitoring team are amazing always quick to call when the alarm is triggered they offer to stay on the phone while we check the house when the alarm goes off I highly recommend Action 24 as a provider The install was very neat and tidy they removed the old alarm that was in the house the engineer done a great demo how to use the system

Appointment was way to make, engineer arrived on time and completed the job in a timely fashion. The engineer Kieran was a gent to deal with and gave me a great review of how the system is set up and operates. I couldn’t find fault with anything from the kit to the install.

Everything was explained very well, I had an issue with the alarm which was fixed within 24 hours. Things were communicated well in advance from before the alarm was put in. Anyone I’ve spoken in action 24 have been very polite and patient which made my decision to change alarm company’s very easy. It’s a completely different experience than my previous alarm company.
