Horrible experience! My friend and I went to check in our bags and we were denied free bags for active duty military.We were also charged $1000 in bogus fees. They escorted us to another counter to pay and obviously made up a fake charge amount.
Also, we were treated horribly on the flight. We didn’t receive the service meal and when we asked about it the stewardess laughed and said “diet?” Terrible turbulence and bad service.

I waited for a refund (still waiting, it is now almost a year) and they always had another excuse,even if they ensured me, the payment has been made. Just incompetent and not looking for even a little comfort of people. Unbelievable. Never never again.

My mother had to flight for the first time with a changeover in the flight. She never flewed before alone like this - with a stop to change to another plane.She also does not speak any other languages than Portuguese. The staff was brilliant all the way, the customer service super helpful. I couldn't speak high enough of everyone.

My Daughter& Her Mother were scheduled to fly from Birmingham ( BHX ) -CDG, Paris (AF 1165)b9n 16 February 2021 en route to Detroit (DTW) - Raleigh, NC USA. They arrived at BHX ahead of time. During their check-in, they did not accept Covid 19 clearance Certificate from NHS and denied Boarding Pass. They like to have a cerificate saying PCR for travelling from a private Company by paying £ 80 each.Ir was a part of rip -off. They have rescheduled this flight on 18 Feb. Birmingham -Paris - Detroit- Raleigh. They applied for PCR at the Airport and took a taxi back to home in Coventry.It cost them £ 60 To /From. It was a rip- off.These French Colonial Masters first looted their Colonies now they are looting innocentPassangers.Why Biringham let these bad Airlines to come to UK.May be UK Govt is Collabrating them.On 18 they arrived at the Airport with all documents to get on a Flifht No: AF 1165 to Paris. It was delayed 2 Hours 26 Minutes. No snack vouchers were issued. Because of the late departure they missed the connection to Detroit. They were reschduled; Paris -Atlanta - Raleigh. They were provided with a Hotel at the Airport and food vouchers. Hotel was OK but food was very bad.Finally they got on Flight AF0688 from CDG - ATL. Ihe inflight food was so bad, even dogs will not eat. Eventually they arrived in Raleigh RDU).What a journey?.

Still Waiting for refund after 10 months

Return Flights for four people, CDG to Miami cancelled due to COVID in March 2020.Received “avoirs” for flights for another flight or refund after one year. Illegal under EU law. Extras paid for bags, seats partially refunded but still fighting for more than 200 euros. Letters ignored, phones not answered. Managed to contact AF online but banging head against brick wall. They simply refuse to accept the amount owed despite proof given by us. Worst company that we have ever dealt with and we will never consider booking with them again. As a national carrier they are a disgrace. One star rating flatters them
