Their support stinks. I have been following their lessons for a diploma in Maths.Recently they have sent me an assessment, but this cannot be completed because I can't see any questions. They suggested me to delete cookies and clear cache from my browser, which I have done, but this didn't solve the problem. I have contacted them again, but the problem persists.
The quality of their teaching is also questionable. One of their tutors presented a wrong formula to calculate a side of a triangle when the opposite angle is known, as well as the adjacent sides to that angle (the cosine formula). I contacted them and asked for the formula to be corrected, but he continued to used the same formula in another example. The least that can be expected from a tutor is that they know we'll their subject matter, for obviously you can't teach what you do not know.

I completely went through all of the text on this website. It clearly states that the course materialis FREE but it does not once say any certificates are free.
These courses are designed to show potential employers that you are willing to learn. That you have took the time to learn about topics within that particular career. I have done a few topics with in the caregiving section. I know that I won't be walking away with a full qualification on these topics but only a certificate of completion. These are good for putting on your c.v and shows employers that you are interested and willing to work hard within this career. I am working on my health and social care level 3-5 but not with Alison and by the end of it will be walking away with a university diploma. (I have spent the thousands)
These courses are great for extra knowledge and learning more about particular subjects. It you want a qualification that you can get a picture took with your cap and gown go to college/University or spend thousands on doing a distance learning course through open University for example.
If you just want to learn more about a particular sector then alison is great. As for ad's OMG have some patience. They only last 8-10 seconds and your course is back up. Have a drink, take a breath. What's the rush! That is how Alison makes most of their money through these ad's. How do you think Facebook, twitter, tiktok or Instagram make millions a year.
Also the CEO even done a spread in forbes magazine. You can check out the article online. I have also spoken to some employers and they recognise Alison and CPD uk has Alison on their site as an accredited learning provider. So I am sorry it looks like some of the people on here that are leaving bad reviews are upset that they are not getting everything for free from where I am standing.
Contact details aswell......they give you an address and telephone number on their site. You can also find them on google maps. I have also received emails from them. I will say to the ones that haven't received their certificates/diplomas. It states in the FAQ's section of the website that it can take up to 7 weeks to receive your certificate if you have chosen free postage and it will also depend on where you are in the world, due to that it may take longer. If you paid for express delivery then you should have it within 8 days or maybe longer depending on where you live. I will also add and remind people we are in the middle of a pandemic! All deliveries will take longer. You have to understand that.
Do your own research before listening to other people or reading misleading information on platforms like this. There is such a things as Trolls.

The positive reviews on this site are written by the company and its associates to push up the average score.This is an uncontactable scam organisation that pushes terrible courses that are compiled from plagiarised material as well as a lot of false and misleading information. They are well known for making gullible people part with their money under false pretences, before failing to provide their fictional certification at the end of the process. Said certification, even if it were to arrive, is not recognised by anyone anywhere, and carries no weight, credibility or validity whatsoever. My mother nearly fell foul of these scam artists, thankfully I did my homework before she parted with any money. Avoid at all costs.

I have been a member of the ALISON online learning family for several years now.They offer University, and College level classes, for free (in most cases), so everyone has an opportunity for the higher level of education. Their efforts are for the world, at large. Once you complete the class, you have your student record access. Plus you can pay for either a diploma or certificate for the studies. I would, and do, recommend ALISON to everyone. Mine are for general interest, but help me with my previous employment, and my current self employment. Thank you, ALISON.

I don't recommend this at all.
Some of the questions in the assessments are incorrect,for example: ask to choose 3 answers, upon answering it is revealed that only 2 answers are potential right answers. It's an absolute scam. Do not waste your money on these meaningless certificates that hold ZERO value to an actual employer.
