Alpha Raven House is a scam. I'm sure you've heard this before, but if I could give this company no starts to save someone else from being taken,I would. If you've purchased their service to facilitate product giveaways for your Amazon listings and they did not purchase ALL of them in the contracted time- but refuse to give you a refund per their "guarantee" for any unpurchased items -please dispute your purchase and file a complaint. They post several "risk-free" 100% guarantees on their site- but do not fulfill them and have no intention of doing so. They also use PayPal to process payments, which most businesses and individuals use because they are trusted and provide protections. PayPal will then make you jump through hoops to secure a refund- which means they are either complicit or not fully aware of what is going on. Although I can't understand that since this has apparently happened several times before. This is an unacceptable scheme and must be stopped.

DO NOT USE! They made my ranking worse and blame it on me not indexing properly. We also agreed upon a certain amount of units and it fell way short of that.Now that they finished, they wont return my emails. My product is worse than what it was before them! Please don't make the same mistake I made, this company is worthless!
