this platform, i found it most expensive and not safe place for shopping as they support scam.Also if you leave negative reviews even if you have a proof of the problem, they don't post on their review section. i have been scammed with micro sd card, after some time i found this is a fake card because couldn't fill up that space as a fictional 512gb, i sent complain, no answer from amazon, i tried to put review about it they did not publish. so my solution is DO NOT USE THEM!

Things are clear. If you are an international buyer.. Keep away from Amazon. Only problems..Support never gives any answers and when they give they are never concise and each representative will say his version of the 'truth'. In my case they say they shipped the item almost 3 weeks after my order was placed.. but the tracking never refreshes after 10 days..and UPS says they never got their hands on the package....Support just answers with typical scripts and never performs any actions.
Until they start respecting customers again... KEEP AWAY.

Extremely disappointing. Item ordered and 3 weeks later not dispatched yet. Customer service sayingthat the item needs to move to another warehouse and they do not know when this will happen or give an estimate.
Stay away, buy local.

Hello all,
Today I bought from amazon.de an item costing 177,16 EUR. This is also inprinted on the automated email I got from them.The seller is TXT-EUR and the whole purchase is fullfiled by Amazon.de . Without any previous notice/email and obvisouly without my consent I received an email saying that my order of 201.11 EUR has been dispatched.
I contacted Amazon.de's support, and they keep saying the same thing." I firstly want to give my sincere apologies for this inconvenience if the unknown increase in you item price. The price of the item has increased unfortunately. If you would like you can send it back for a full refund."
Is this even legit? I am thinking of this. What if someone buys from the store a newspaper for 1 EUR using his credit card. Is it legit from the store to say that I charged you with 1.3 because they publisher called me and said to increase the price. Shouldnt you be warned first if you want to proceed with the transaction? I got no warning, no notice, nothing. What if I had used my bank account? Would they have retrieved more?
I have every single e-mail at my disposal with the conversation I have been having with their customers "support"

1.5 months delivery from Amazon Warehouse

I ordered a kitchen sink needed for an ongoing kitchen renovation.
It was ordered from Amazon warehouse and the expected delivery time was 5-7 days.
I ordered it on February 9th,I contacted support a few days later asking why it had not yet been dispatched (since the sink was urgently needed) and I got the information it would soon be dispatched.
1 week after order, I got the information that it had been delayed until early March. I then contacted support once again on March 4th, saying it would be shipped the same day. Then on March 8th I contacted support once again and then got the information that it was in a "fulfillment center" not supporting international shipping.. Why did this take 1 month to figure out, and why was it even possible to order?
I was then promised that they would ship it to another "fulfillment center" that support international shipping and they would speed things up... But I did not get it delivered until 2w after this, March 26th.
I told the customer support that I wanted to get in touch with someone in Amazon management since I believed this was not acceptable since it delayed my entire renovation project and led to extra costs.
I was then informed to contact Amazon Impressum (email). I have done this, but still after 1 month there is no reply from them, once again not acceptable.

I have ordered items but received a small part of the order. Seller does not respond on e-mails so money down the drain?Amazon does not protect there clients , only there sellers. Amazon is a great platform but the need to make it safer for buyers. Its better to buy directly on Ali express or Alibaba, these platform protect there clients and have a proper customer service
