Pedí un producto pero me avisaron de que la fecha de entrega era de más de un mes, lo que no me convenía,así que cancelé el pedido.
5 días después, aunque no he recibido el reembolso, he recibido un correo electrónico con una fecha de entrega actualizada del producto que cancelé.
Además, acepté su prueba gratuita de Amazon Prime, pero la cancelé dentro del periodo de cancelación.
Ahora, 2 meses después, me doy cuenta de que Amazon ha cargado el año completo en mi banco.
Les he enviado un correo electrónico y les he escrito en Facebook y Twitter, pero no he recibido respuesta.
Muy decepcionante, antes pensaba que era una buena empresa, pero parece que me equivoqué.
I ordered a product but was then advise of a delivery date more than a month away which was not good for me, so i cancelled the order.
5 days later, whilst i have not received my refund, i have received an email with an updated delivery date of the product i cancelled.
Also, i accepted their free trial of Amazon Prime, but i cancelled this within the cancellation period.
Now, 2 months later i realise that Amazon charged the full year charge to my Bank.
I have emailed them, written to them on Facebook and Twitter, but no reply.
Very disappointing, i previously thought this was a good company, it seems that i was wrong.

I order some records for a good price.
They didn't arrived because the packet was damaged but insteadsending new records they cancelled it and returned my money even they still have the records for sale but to a higher price.
When I ask them. They told me first it was because my adress was wrong. When I told I used this adress for 10 years they then said it was because the packet was damage.
But they didn't want to give me the records for the price I paid.
They said I could buy them to the new price.
VERY BAD SERVICE.
And they also cancel the possibility to give feedback.

Normally about Amazon I have good things to say but I found out an unacceptable thing.
Last month Iwent to buy from amazon marketplace and and the seller asked to be contacted in parallel and by email ask me to pay him outside market place with IBAN transfer.
I was not scammed and to avoid other to be scamed and notified AMAZON about this scammer on 23-MAR-2021
My surprise is this seller is till active and changed his company name in market place and continues to practicing the same scamming.
I can not believe a seller at amazon market place is allowed to ask payments aside amazon marketplace, therefore enough reason for a BAN.
I provided amazon the evidences, and they still let him operate on their on the marketplace. UNACEPTABLE.
I know amazon keeps us safe if we pay using amazon platform, although they have a seller doing it in another way and let him keep doing it and people can be caught in this scam.
For me AMAZON is responsible to let him be active since March 23rd, if you were scammed buy this seller I can provide you evidences I notified amazon.
if oyu need ask trustpilot and i can provide them this info so they provide it to you.

I have been trying to get Amazon.es to fix an issue I’ve been having with my account.I have not been able to order anything, every time I order something, my orders would get cancelled. I keep getting the same emails from them every time I sent an inquiry about it, but no one ever got back to me to fix my issue. I was even give a date and a name of a person that was supposed to call me on a certain day to correct the issue with my account, but until now, NOBODY HAS REACHED OUT TO ME!!
Thanks Amazon.es for your great costumer service! NOT!

Returns are complicated
The waybill number I was given resulted in an automatic rejectionresponse from parcel monkey - they no longer handle amazon returns for legal reasons.
Only 1 DHL handles this type of waybill (dhl parcel). Not knowing this I called DHL express which resulted in them creating a new waybill and a whole lot of additional work. Amazon should have a list of carriers customers can use for returns. This return that I might never finish now took hours to try to figure out
It doesn't help that on amazon.es English support options are limited - the call-back option has always been broken (phone - English speaking support doesn't dial). Chat is unavailable. Agents do not return emails (I sent 3).

Amazon Spain provides the worst customer experience ever due to the useless couriers they choose to partner with.The absolute disgrace of a courier company is Correos. Never again will I order from Amazon Spain. Too bad I can't give 0 stars. I called Amazon customer service like 4 times to instruct them the same thing, to freaking call me when they are about to deliver the order because they will never get access to where I lived... I never, ever received a call. Could never get in touch with Correo either. Beyond useless company. Really poor customer experience.
