5 stars for complete incompetence and…
5 stars for complete incompetence and substandard customer service. Save yourself the grief and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered a pair of shoes for Mum on 27th August. After not receiving anything or any update I rang about end September. I was told I should receive the goods very soon. I contacted them again 27th October to say there had been a system upgrade and as a consequence a processing issu but this should not have affected my order as the issue had happened after my order had been originally placed. I was advised to cancel the original order then place again as the processing/shipping time was 8 days and showing no problems. When not received by 14th November I rang again to hear that they were going to launch an immediate inquiry and I would receive an email to update me. I rang today (23rd November) to be told an investigation was launched 2 days ago after I had apparently called them - I made no such call so they had clearly forgotten to do what they had promised first time round and someone was checking the system and realised this had been forgotten. After calling them again today I was told their customer service was always rated excellent and they were unsure what happened in my situation. Clearly by the reviews here there continues to be a theme of poor service. Please learn from my experience and shop elsewhere! I have instructed them to remove me from any mailing list.
Poor quality garments.
The shorts I ordered were of poor quality and are too small, I would send them back but after reading the reviews I think I would be flogging a dead horse, so they will be going to the Charity shop. I would not buy from them again the price I paid did not reflect on the tacky manufacturing of the shorts.
Going to take legal action
I have contacted and emailed so many times but no response. I never got my order m, it was delivered to a wrong address. Never got my order or a response from company - never got my refund! I am contacting legal now especially if they continue to not respond.
I liked this company
I liked this company, the clothes were quality. However I sent back a return last year for a refund of £80 but have never received it. I received a letter in May to say I will get a refund but again not received it. Having now looked at all the reviews I can see this has happened to many others. As one reviewer said a TV expose might bring some action. This must be a crime on this scale.
Shambolic and a total nightmare
Thank goodness Mona is pulling out the UK and doing us all a favour. As others have said, they are an absolute nightmare and shambolic! Had 2 lots of money taken from account in December they claim was for orders back in august. The company has obviously changed owners and they haven’t a clue how to run it, hence pulling out the UK.
Refund experience
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company. I have been a customer for years and purchased several times when it was Artigiano. I returned an item 24th November and tracked to ensure parcel had been delivered, then waited for my refund, and waited…… and waited. I rang the helpline a couple of times and was assured the refund would appear back in my account - as yet nothing. I will try once more before contacting my credit company or applying to the small claims court. I won’t deal with this company again.
No Goods and No Refund
I agree with the recent negative comments for this company. My parents ordered a jacket for my mom's birthday in October; the money was taken from the account in November but the jacket has not yet arrived. We initially phoned them to find out what had happened and was told that the goods were delayed because of technical issues. We then phoned several times to cancel the order. STILL NO MONEY HAS BEEN REFUNDED AND NO JACKET HAS ARRIVED. I have tried to research who actually owns the company but have only discovered that it is a Mail Order company. Is the company going into Liquidation? My advice is don't order anything from this company because they are obviously unable to guarantee delivery and are reluctant to communicate with customers or offer refunds. An update We received this morning a bank statement which confirms that a refund has now been paid into the bank. This has been an unfortunate experience as my mom had bought several clothes in the past without any issues.
Disgusting company to deal with
Mona is the most disgusting company I have ever dealt with. They are fine until you need to return something and awaiting a refund. I have sent them many emails but not received one reply and had two telephone conversations and got nowhere other than being told I will receive the refund but they cannot give me a timeframe. I asked if I could escalate the matter and speak to someone who could help, the answer was no. I will never purchase anything from this company again. It's obvious from the reviews on this website that many customers have had the same experience. They are quick enough to take your money but seem incapable of arranging a refund.
