It was late but got the product.
I have been using their service since 2017 & got multiple products on time before Covid but after a long time I took their service again in 2024 Dec & got the product on 2025 Jan, about a month later from the order date. I had a very poor experience with Backpack. They don’t provide any option to cancel an order. Their customer support email did not respond for over two days, and their hotline number was switched off. I needed to cancel an order urgently, but there was no way to reach them. When they finally replied after two days, they informed me that the order could not be canceled and that a refund was not possible.
Scam!
I placed an order with Backpack Bang and paid over 40k tk on September 4 2025. Their email states that refunds should be processed in 8–10 weeks, but it's January 2026 now. I have sent multiple emails to their support requesting a refund, but I have received nothing. Their official refund policy is vague and discretionary, offering no clear enforceable timeline, but the delay exceeds even the most generous interpretation of their stated policy. This website is a scam. Please don't order anything.

They are scammers that’s what they are. Placed an order almost a year back didn’t get the refund still. It’s been almost 1.5 years and I am still waiting for my refund
This is an absolute scam
This is an absolute scam. They don't give refund for cancelled orders. Customer service drops the call in the middle of the call without resolution. This company should be reported to NBR for dodging import taxes for delivered goods. Order at your own risk.
