I think the battlbox stuff is great! I like the camping things and the Knives and Tools in the Plus box.I have gotten some fun things i haven’t seen before and I can’t wait for the next Box!

I've been a subscriber for a few months now, and I've been really happy with BattlBox, so far.I started with the Advanced box, but I was impressed enough with the items included to upgrade to Pro. After upgrading, I had a VERY minor issue with a missing item, but Joyce had it taken care of and resolved before I even contacted BB myself. I was impressed enough by the customer service to upgrade my subscription again, this time to Pro+. I can't help but chuckle when I see reviews complaining about the service from BB. I've done subscription boxes from more than 10 different companies. BattlBox has the best customer service I've ever dealt with. As far as what's IN the box, the value is always there, but whether you're happy with the items is going to be subjective. For example, a few months ago there was a Spot Gen4 GPS messenger in the Pro box. There have been a LOT of complaints about how people will never use it, but I LOVE mine. I don't go out without it. On the other hand,, there have been a couple of Pro+ knife of the month selections I've had absolutely no interest in. Your mileage may vary. One of my absolute favorite things about BattlBox is the members' group on FB. All of the BB crew are active there, and the general members are really awesome people. If there's anything I don't love about BattlBox, it's the shipping/billing system. There's an excellent chance you'll be billed for next month's box before getting the current mission. It SEEMS like it might be a little shady, but you have to consider the billing is automatic. They can't teleport your box, though. There's also those pesky vendors who have to get paid, and I imagine the logistics of that could be a little complicated. It's kind of annoying, but it's completely legit. Bottom line is that if you're into bushcraft, wilderness survival, disaster preparedness, or basically any other activities that involve the possibility of sleeping outside, give BattlBox a shot.

It is a total scam and waste of money, I subscribed to the Pro box after watching many videos of others unboxing items that make you want to join.I guess I now know those were fake videos, I have received 3 boxes and have gotten nothing even close to what they unboxed or what the website says is in Pro level. The last box would have cost me approx $30-$40 dollars if I purchased the items myself and the other 2 boxes were pretty similar. Do yourself a favor stay away and keep your money!!! I will be driving the 5 hrs to their office to return all of the items since their customer service ignores emails and requests and there is no number to call to speak with anyone.
