Terrible experience and will not order from Belkin in the future.
The order confirmation emails states delivery in 1-2 days.It has now been 4 days and I still havent received my order. I have tried the webchat multiple times and just sat in a queue. Also tried calling both numbers on the website and after sitting on hold for over 10 minutes I gave up listening to the horrible hold music.
Absolutely no idea when or if I'll receive my order
If possible, try to avoid ordering from Belkin

Literally don’t even bother buying anything from them. Bought a screen protector from them under the impression that the lifetime warranty would actually be,you know, as was explained to me - if the screen protector cracked you could receive a replacement free of charge or hassle. Totally not true. It’s almost impossible to figure out how to request a new screen protector as you need to go through their online chat and send photos of the broken protector which is on the phone you’re talking to them on!? Then you get told they don’t have any in stock anymore so can’t send you a new one, tell you they’ll email you when they have more available. Then they don’t! You get offered a refund but have to spend about a week messing around trying to actually get the refund. They closed my case before it was sorted then when i went back online to the chat to ask about the refund was told they couldn’t do anything about it only the original person who was helping me could. - amazing when that persons closed the case and isn’t replying! Finally got a reply after sending the form with the bank account details from the original purchase and get told they can’t use those as it’s not under my name but my fathers! Sorry but literally the worst experience ever.

very disappointed this product i just received and open the box try it on i am very excited to putmy New apple watch and Iphone Apple Watch charger is fine but the phone very frustrating it can’t hold it keeps sliding I can’t go on keep me frustrated so decided to return it I don’t recommend this.. there’s a lot more better and worth every penny

Please DO NOT waste your money on Belkin! I dropped my phone once and the screensaver broke!It wasn’t a bad fall, just regular fall from couch to floor. Glass chards from the screen protector caused me to get splinters and cuts. Warranty for replacement is a joke! Useless product!!!

So I was convinced by Apple to buy the over priced Belkin glass screen protector as they "Offer free replacement for 5 years if anything happens".Okay great. I get a few niggles and hairline cracks which I ignore and only request a new one when I get a bigger crack and it starts peeling away in the bottom right where I can no longer use controls in that corner. I had to spend over an hour on chat getting tricked into making myself not eligible. In the end they agreed to a gesture of good will (good grief) of sending me one but only one. But oops they don't have it in stock- how that is possible Im not sure. We'll send it once it is in they said. Even though my last words were - "If I do nothing it will arrive?" and they said yes...it hasn't over 6 weeks later. I can't even get a hold of them on chat to ask so Im here. Waste of time - guess I'll go buy from a reputable dealer. Apple shouldn't be promoting such dodgy companies. Stay well away and go buy a pile of cheap protectors.

They have now found the returned unit! Eureka, and a replacement unit has now been sent out to me at long last.The whole process has taken a little over a month now - a shameful record of events all round.
No response by Belkin UK to my comments here though. Perhaps they are hoping that by remaining silent, it will all go away.
I will say that the product support team - in the Philippines I believe - have been very helpful within what they can actually influence in the UK. So, Many thanks Reg!

I returned the faulty Velop to the address given and have a signed proof of deliver. So now - guess what - they say they have no record of it!
Also I sent an email to Belkin ( owner of Linksys) asking them to pls review everything. I am still waiting for a response. No reply to my original post either!
Original Post
I have a Linksys Velop triple wifi extender system ( now owned by Belkin). One of the units has an intermittent fault and the whole system drops out now and then. After spending a whole hour on the phone with Linksys technical support ( in the States) they could not find a problem - but there is a problem!. The unit is supposed to be white plastic but it has turned yellow - perhaps it has been overheating and thus causing the intermittent fault?
After yet more phone calls they agree to replace the one unit. I am then told they don't have a single unit sales pack but have to send me a twin pack. Ok I think - I'll install the twin pack and then return the faulty unit plus one more of my original setup.
Oh no - I can't do that. I have to return my two to them, then and only then, they will send me a replacement - no time specified for the turnaround. This means my wifi system is now not radiating throughout the house.
I am supposed to trust them, but they won't trust me.
So I try to phone Belkin - and guess what you can't get hold of anybody - you have to leave a voicemail or send an email. Surely a technology company must have the means to operate a home networked support help desk. Not Belkin!
So this is a salutary lesson - the big boys don't trust their customers - we are supposed to trust them - all over a £150 or less transaction.
When I come to replace this system it will not be Belkin I'll definitely think twice about Belkin or Linksys now. You have been warned
In case Belkin are listening the case number is 13403742 - I'd love to hear from you! But I am betting I will not do so.
