Been using this for over a year and it is quite good. Pays out great but then covid made things a little harder.Not sure why others are saying a scam but it most definitely isn’t. Only downside is that when doing some of the tasks, you might not be able to complete it because of security or the premises do not want you to take photos. Sometimes be my eye will still pay you for the effort, sometimes it won’t which is understandable. I would still recommend the app, hopefully things return to normal so that we can use it with ease.

To say that I am extremely disappointed is being kind. I decided to try this app to determine if I can contribute to helping shoppers have a better experience.I would give negative stars if I could. I have successfully finished 2 missions and it came back to me as "incomplete" therefore, unable to pay me and requesting that I do it again at my own expense I might add (again). It is unconscionable to ask people to do the missions again in hopes of changing the outcome - the products are not there! The map is a massive disaster for a start - there are 2 shops of the same name in Heathrow T5. Needless to say, I didn't know exactly WHICH shop I should go to - Arrivals or Departures. I would not waste my time or effort on this app ever again - disgraceful and wholly unreasonable company.

This is the worst mystery shopping app you could ever use! Firstly, they reject almost all reportsdespite following the instructions and pictures so you waste your time while they get a free report in the bag. Secondly, they reject you for things you were not requested to do in the questions and twist them to make you as a user look incompetent. Thirdly, they begged for reviews early this year on Trustpilot and sent an email to all users to guilt trip them into giving good reviews for more tasks. Let me help you out and point you in the direction of much better apps that don't keep rejecting users over and over - Field Agent, Roamler, Streetspotr, and Shepper.
To summarise - it'll waste your time, rejects almost every task for no good reason, twisting questions and words used, the customer service is dreadful, they bribed and begged users for good reviews here. Please look at the other bad reviews and you'll notice a theme going on. The recent good reviews are a result of them begging for good reviews here so please be wary and AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Don't waste your valuable time and go and use the other mystery shopping apps.

This is one of my goto MS (Mystery Shopping) apps.
I have to say they are quicker than another atapproving tasks but it's a shame they have a limit in payouts.
I find going back to rectify an error during a task is a bit of a task in itself lol
The app could do with a few additions to polish it up and make it easier for us Eyes to do our job.
* A message feature where the approvers can inform us of errors and give us the chance to rectify them quickly or ask us questions regarding our task.
*A timer within the app that shows us exactly how long we have left to complete tasks (instead of the "An Hour" when it's more than or less than).
*A timeline at the top of screen while Completing tasks that gives us the ability to just click on a portion of it and it brings us straight to that part of the task. (instead of having to keep clicking back, back, back to go back 20+ pages)
Would BeMyEye be willing to allow us Eyes to give feedback on the app and point out ways to make it more efficient?
This would potentially cut down on failed tasks and make the job a little more efficient for us Eyes :)
To any people considering joining or have just joined...
It's a good little Earner if you read the brief properly and take your time at first.

Found this app following a recomendation from a collegue.
Had already other Mistery apps but this is good improvement.It is true that on average the payment is lower than the others but you make up with the ammount of tasks while other may have a couple every few months or can't get it to work.
You just need to select the right task, some aren't worthy but others are really easy and fast.
There are some small problems like the timer, should be valid untill the checkin and not the completition of the task since it may take a while longer than expected.
Also the latest interface makes it hard to jump back and forth the different questions in case you need to go back to correct an answer, while with the previous one the jumping was easier.
Also we could use a timer allways visible (maybe in a corner of the screen) especially for those tasks that require a minimum waiting time.
Another point is that some long tasks that require lots of pictures (had one that required to take pics of basically half the store) and the risk of being spotted and stopped could be broken down in several tasks, so if stopped midway you can submit the part you could do and then someone else could take over or you can finish in a later time.
Payment is really fast and that is a great thing.

I had started bemyeye in 2018 and they are consistent, if new you have to get used to it,it is really matter of paying attention, if not they decline, the best thing I think they can do is, create a feature where there is instant interaction between staff and eyes, so we know more fast what went wrong and then correct it next time there and there, apart from that, it is great, the pay is instant.

Sent an email asking for eyes to leave a 5 star review and wondering why it's so low.Perhaps the fact they reject missions randomly after taking days to check. Meaning you then have to use more fuel and time to revisit that they know it makes no sense to and you give it up. Meanwhile they have all the info and pictures they require.
People who do these missions are often very high level workers within this field and work for other major brands, so they know what they are doing.
Other apps like this (Eg Roamler) DO NOT reject the missions at the rate BME do and actually have a communication portal that they can feedback in a more lively time frame. Roamler checkers will often correct if made small mistake also as they have all the info they need.
I gave them one last chance recently and rejected missions for no reason whatsoever, despite the fact I do this for a living and for one of the brands I was checking, so I know they are in the wrong.

I have BeMyEye for 5 month, every time I receive an invitation to complete the mission I’m getting excited and running to do it what makes me feel better because I will earn a bit of extra money,what is ever great! So I would like to thank the creators, developers and owners of the app for the opportunity to earn money by doing interesting missions. Sometimes they are time consuming, sometimes a bit hard but every time you are provided with all necessary guidelines and hints.
Regarding payments all clear and timely, reliable and trustworthy app and I would definitely recommend it.
