Premium software with abysmal support

This is a premium software service, but doesn't act like it, especially in terms of support.It takes forever to hear back and most of the time, the issue has not been addressed; you simply receive a link to an unsatisfactory help article. Following up on the email is futile, you'll only receive the same link to the same help article again, so it seems the support staff lack a basic understanding of the product, and how companies are looking to use it. While there's many settings and options for the webinars, it's an expensive service compared to other solutions out there.
