I purchased 2 day passes and was charged 177 dollars plus some change but the original price was suppose to be only 14.99 each and I can't contact anyone from Bird to correct this .they are not listed with the BBB so beware.read more

The English language version of the app is surprisingly unhelpful if you’re trying to rent a scooter.A button with something like “Rent a scooter” would be good. Astounding that a business which wants customers to rent its scooters has such a useless app.read more

Bird is great except...
Their map makes it difficult to park their scooter around San Diego.We were riding the birds all over the boardwalk and they made us park the scooter over 2 blocks away and walk back to the boardwalk. Very disappointing!read more

I had a great experience with Bird power scooters. In both Nashville TN and Austin TX,Bird was my preferred scooter company. The scooters were always in great condition and full battery. I found them easy to operate, faster, and smoother then the competition scooter companies. The app was simple and easy to navigate. The rates were fair to the point that I was shocked how cheap it was.read more

This Silicon Valley company is attempting to change UK law in order to capitalise on our pavements by renting motorised scooters.Pavements are for pedestrians, with the exception of mobility scooters for the disabled.read more
