4,200 USDT permanently blocked withdrawal
BitMart is withholding 4,200 USDT without evidence or substantive response My account was suspended, and BitMart is currently withholding 4,200 USDT of my funds. They sent a generic notification alleging "suspicious transactional activities" and "malicious use," yet they have failed to provide a single transaction ID, specific date, or any evidence of a violation of their User Agreement. As a fully verified KYC Level 2 user, I have already submitted a formal legal appeal (3 days ago) to their support and legal departments, requesting transparency and a factual basis for this freeze. To date, BitMart has ignored my request for due process and continues to hold my funds without a defined legal timeline or authority involvement. This lack of procedural fairness is a major red flag. If BitMart does not resolve this immediately or provide a substantive justification, I will be escalating my complaint to the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA) and the Bank of Lithuania (where they hold a VASP registration). Warning to users: Your funds can be frozen at their "sole discretion" without any proof of wrongdoing.

Scam Exchange!!! BEWARE I made a deposit and the address they gave me was changed so eventually the coins were sent to an address of a different network, and they could have simply bridged the coins to the correct one instead they asked me to pay a 200 fee to recover the funds.
