Utterly incompetent and lazy. Atrocious and rude customer service. I'm not sure where all these positive reviews are coming from,but I'm inclined to believe the majority of them are bought.

Simple steps, reasonable price, profesdional outcome!

The choices for size, psper and covers were perfect for my needs. They transformed 100 A4 pages into a real paperback in a few simple steps,providing flexibility and a very reasonable price for such a dmall order, 25 copies! I have zero publishing experience. The ease of printing means the hardest part is eriting the manuscript!

I printed only one copy of the first 100 pages of a novel I'm working on. I was a publisher for about 20 years and understand the whole process,from book idea to on-the-shelf product. The overall quality from BOD is very acceptable, especially when one considers the low price. I'm quite surprised that this level of excellence is still possible. Will most certainly use their services in the future.

I was really pleased with BoD. I used the fun package and had 11 copies of my book printed.I needed a fast delivery and after contacting the customer service the books were printed and delivered through DPD within 3 days to Switzerland. The price was right and the quality of the print and packaging - all perfect. The only problem was the online tool had a few hiccups when I used it on my MAC. I will use BoD again in the future.

Hello, The printing and delivery of my book (BoD-Nummer 1272627) was fast. But the cover front wasof the wrong color and of wrong color combination than what I had ordered.

After my USA publisher went out of business, I talked to many publishers, printers,and POD providers at the Frankfurt Book Fair. I chose to publish the 2nd edition of my Spanish book, El Espejo de mi Alma, with BoD because I liked the quality of their books, the contract terms were acceptable, and their staff was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I also spoke with others indie authors and several of them spoke highly about them. I am proud to say that I am the only non-German author on their client's list.
