This is a great booking system, user-friendly, pretty simple to use, good value for money and with lots of quick and friendly help available for when you get stuck.Also has a vibe of small independent company which feels so much nicer to deal with than some of the bigger ticket selling systems. The set up is quick and relatively easy.
I've used the service for about 3 years now and always been very happy with it.
During this time I have also spoken to the customer service team 4-5 times.Each time they have been helpful, quick - and perhaps most importantly - they have been able to answer my questions or resolve issues.
I can't say the same about other websites I used previously.read more
