Today is the first day of the rest of my life! Today I had the pleasure of meeting 3 of the most friendliest, patient, caring, compassionate, helpful, intelligent & bright women today when I attended an appointment to measured for a bra with Brarista! Upon arrival Imari met me, signed me in & assisted in making me the most delightful latte. Her demeanor was warm, friendly & reassuring. Imari willingly explained in much detail what the process would be and assured me that there was absolutely no need to worry or be nervous & most importantly insisted there was NO need to feel embarrassed or ashamed regarding the awful old ill fitting bra I had on. I was at ease immediately. Upon meeting Lisa & Hannah, a whole new level of ease presented itself, I never knew I could be in such close capacity with 2 total strangers & feel as though I were in my room taking pictures, recording videos & trying bras with 2 of my closest friends. These women are exceptional. Both playing unique roles and fulling the brief way more thorough then I could have ever imagined. Hannah patient and kind whilst taking the photos and helping whilst I do my best to be the best I can for what they need. Never complaining, sighing or rolling her eyes. It has been my pleasure to meet Hannah and feel privileged to have experienced the process with her help & Support. Lisa, I have to say what she did for me today was nothing short of life changing. For years I have walked around wearing bras that are NOT my size, bras that have caused so much discomfort in so many ways physical & emotional. I have have many bra fittings, I have attended parties where someone comes from a company and measured all the woman if they wish. I have bought bras from untold different brands and have NEVER quite felt as COMFORTABLE & FREE as I did with the very first bra Lisa fitted me with. Lisa has such a seamless patient understandable way of explaining how to know what size bra to wear & all the different things to be aware of whilst trying a bra on. For the first time in my 44 years I felt as though my chest no longer has to be a vocal point or topic of discussion because I now know how to buy a bra that fits exactly as it should. I cannot Thank Lisa enough honestly. These 3 woman have changed my life for the better. For that I will forever be grateful & my children couldn’t happier. My son has said I sound as though a ton has been lifted! I can now truly be the version of myself as a mother a daughter a sister an auntie a & a friend. THANK U LISA, HANNAH & IMARI!!!!
