I put a note on my mailbox to make the delivery easier by calling me when he arrives but the deliverer didn't care and went straight to a partner to drop my package. A waste of time 🤦

Wish i can give a a zero or -5 points. Parcel not delivered for days with fake info that adresa was wrong (funny is that they already deleivered parcels to the same address) - then anither fake update that i have refused parcel. At the end i requested delivery to the brt point - yet more days gone with parcel not being delivered. Customer number does not reply. IT is a worst ever carrier i dealt with. A joke. They should not be runnning a business.

Worst service in all of Italy
Worst service in all of Italy, absolutely disgusting and subpar. They routinely miss basic delivery dates and then claim the address was unreachable or incorrect. A driver once showed up, rang the door bell, immediately ran into his truck, sat on his phone and drove away despite yelling and waving at him. Mediocre, unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate, utterly incompetent, under trained, incapable and unlikely to provide basic services. Beyond pathetic and embarrassing.

Absolutely SHOCKING courier. We have NO ISSUES with any other courier whatsoever. But every single last BRT delivery we get is problematic. I stay home all day awaiting the delivery, they don’t show (we have cameras) and then update saying customer was not home. Washing machine has been delayed 4days so far only to be updated they cannot deliver. Telepass, which is a small delivery, also problematic. We see a delivery that uses BRT and actually cancel the purchase in total now. It’s the most ridiculous and frustrating problem. USELESS USELESS USELESS !! Ridiculous and not truthful about even coming to the house.

Every time I’m expecting a package from BRT, there seems to be a problem. The latest episode was almost surreal: I was waiting for a package to be delivered to my villa, but it ended up at one of their branches two hours away from me. They couldn’t tell me when they would actually deliver it, offering endless excuses about staff shortages, people being on holiday, and so on. In the end, I drove there myself the following morning to Atena Lucana to collect it—a four-hour round trip—only to be charged €80 in storage fees on top of everything else. Absolutely surreal.
