Not a reliable partner for business collaboration
For companies considering a partnership with BusinessBike, we strongly advise against it. Our experience has been extremely disappointing. The handling of contracts is slow and disorganized, with no clear communication or updates on the status. Moreover, signed contracts are not being paid out. We have been waiting for outstanding payments for months, despite multiple requests and repeated promises. Attempts to get in touch with managers or the executive team have unfortunately gone unanswered. As a business partner, you expect reliability, transparency, and proper fulfillment of agreements. At this moment, BusinessBike does not meet these basic expectations. We hope they will improve their internal processes and communication soon, but for now, working with them is simply unfeasible.
catastrophic service
I'm paying monthly for insurance and service but unfortunately none of the defined partner shops (I'm living in Hamburg so quite a big city!) accepts my bike for maintainenance as I have not bought it at their place. BusinessBike does not provide any support for this problem but of course I have to keep on paying for a service which will not be provided.
Avoid at any cost
Avoid at any cost, this is a garbag* company. They will charge you way more than promise on their website. Unfortunately, there is no way to confirm what the price will be until after you already signed the contract. Germany has horrible customer service, but even for German standards, these guy are really bad.
