Absolutely love the items I ordered! The Stone Bamboo Knotted Gown & Hat is SO soft and luxurious and is high quality.I can't wait for my son to wear it! I also love the personalized name swaddle blanket- the color is true to what was displayed online, and again it is SO very soft. It also washes well- looks exactly the same as it did pre-wash. I also ordered the Personalized Baby Name Wood Announcement. Beautiful quality, but upon receipt I was a little unsure of the name placement. I reached out and received a super prompt response and a new design was sent to me for approval. Very professional and excellent customer service! I received the replacement quickly and it is perfect. Thank you so much- I will definitely order from you again!!

I ordered a custom towel for my daughter’s birthday. It shipped a week later through DHL via USPS.Unfortunately DHL offered no tracking at all, is consistently stated en route as USPS had nothing as it indicated it was waiting on the package via DHL. This was out of Caden Lanes control. I reach out to them after a week to see if they could tell me anything more. (Granted I know shipped is all over the place these days due to COVID.) They looked into it and couldn’t tell me anything more. I expressed my worry that I may not receive this gift in time and unbeknownst to the customer service agent orders another customs towel at no cost to make sure I received it in time. I did ultimately receive the original towel as well but this level of customer service is awesome to say the least. Huge fan of Caden Lane products and their customer service.

To say I’m very disappointed is the least I can say. I was very excited when I ordered a personalized oversized swaddle for a baby shower gift,but to my surprise and disappointment the swaddle personalization was wrong and could no longer gift it. I ordered it in script and block, the script had the correct name and the block font had an unknown name on it. I have emailed twice and sent message on their Instagram page and no response. Not sure what type of customer service they are running but major adjustments need to be made. Hopefully I get a response soon because it wasn’t a cheap item.

I ordered a Jade color bow, Jade personalized swaddle, and Jade personalized knot gown for my baby.Upon receiving my order in 2 separate shipments I was rather disappointed. The bow was half way untied but I fixed that myself. Also, the swaddle blanket is completely wrong; it's pink and has another babies name on it. I have emailed twice with no response and sent messages on Facebook. I'm due very soon and spent a lot of money on these items for my babies first pictures. I really just want the problem fixed. Please can someone reach out to me. It's been a week now of trying to reach someone from this company.
Update: Someone has finally reached out to me and they are correcting the error made! Fingers crossed I get it before this bun in the oven decides to come :)

I recently purchased from Caden Lane and bought two items. One item I was very happy with,and gave it a 5 star review on their website. The other item I was less happy with and noted the quality didn't meet my expectations, giving it 3/5. The website only posted my 5 star review...
Note that my 3 star review was written constructively and professionally, they clearly just don't go for anything under 5 stars.
Wouldn't purchase from here again.

Items shipped separately, therefore they do not know they don’t match. A real disappointment.You can’t get those first picture moments back. Yes, the mother’s robe is soft, it holds wrinkles terribly. Customer service doesn’t respond to original email, and they tell you not to email again as this holds things up. Haven’t heard a word. No phone number either.

NOT UPFRONT AND HONEST. They have it takes 7-10 business days for customized items and offer faster shipping at checkout.They charged me 25.03 for shipping and shipped 3 wrong items with the two day shipping option (a bow and a custom name plate) Then they shipped the custom Swaddle USPS and is taking a week to get to me. They said they cant refund the shipping because it explains online and in stock items ship sooner. Yes but they shipping a custom name plate....Bottom line they ship Swaddles out of Kansas and name plates and in stock items from Texas and that is what they need to explain as well as if I paid 2nd day then all shipment are for 2nd day. Otherwise they could have shipped in stock ground USPS and the swaddle 2nd day that is coming from a further ship point. They have crappy customer service and DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY! They said just keep the extra bow and name plates (that I have no use for). They do not know how to run a business and DO CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER OR MAKING IT RIGHT!

Oh my word, you have touched this first time gramma's heart indeed!! The Brody tie gown arrived today.I don't think that I have ever seen a print for babies cuter than this! And, oh is it ever so soft!! My son and his wife are doing a woodland theme for their baby boy who's expected to arrive mid June. I can not wait to see their faces when they open this gift! Thank you so much, you've made this occasion even more fun than it already is. ?
