I love Capitec Bank service. I have been with the bank for years and didn't really trust it until I started comparing with other banks. Have been previously assisted to trace and refund for unauthorized debits. It was quick and efficient to replace my card when I lost my purse. I can use my account overseas. Love your app. Better than the rest. You are still my number one.😍😍
Motherwell capit
At Motherwell, Gqeberha the service is not slow but they do not prioritise people with disabilities... I am on a wheelchair as my other leg was amputed... I have been there several time. I was no 169 on the que and were still on 144 when I came in. I had tp wait and 5 people called in before they could call me... It is not easy to be on a wheelchair. They should do better on their service. I like the bank, been with it for several years.
This bank needs to fall
This bank needs to fall! And fast! Wrong debit order date and its my fault. No one wants to hear me or accept my plea so my credit score will take a hit for no reason. First and last bloody time using them for anything. Screw all of you! IF YOU KNOW WHATS GOOD FOR YOU, DON'T USE THIS PATHETIC BANK.
