Not reliable for ANY direct deposits. Will randomly close your account with out notice while your paycheck is set to hit and will send it back.Cash app ripped me off for years charging double fees. I am happy for zelle and Apple Pay. Cause cash app is the worst! I tell all my folks don’t use them plus cash app will leak your personal information. That’s why folks steal your money through them. Not secure at all!

So i got the cash app so I could receive money from a friend. It was 200 so now like a huge amountbut cash app kept declining for some security bs saying that the transaction seemed suspicious and was declined for my protection. My friend tried sending it to me a couple times and it just kept decking it. This was a huge inconvenience for me and makes me not ever want to use this app again. Please fix this problem. I don't see why my request was being declined. This has to be the most stupid thing ever and even my friend agrees too and won't be using this app anymore. You had just lost 2 future customers and judging by the reviews I'm not the only one this is not a good app at all!

This app is absolutely horrible and people will just get scammed an if you get scammed they will not help or stick to what they advertise.I was selling a camera for 950$ A friend was helping me ,The guy paid threw cash app had screen shots that he sent the money from his business account for the camera had screen shots that the money hit my friends business account but he wasn’t able to transfer . When we contacted cash app they did an investigation and said that neither person had a cash app when my friend had a business account an all the information threw there app when every picture we took had there logo an information in every picture that was from the app.. all account info they just didn’t want to Reimburse the money an we havnt got the camera back either .. And I would not recommend anybody making big business deals on here because they will not help you whatsoever they also stated that the investigation would take 24 to 48 hours it took over three weeks just for them to turn around and tell us that they weren’t going to help...it’s a joke app we had to speak almost everyday to someone different an it was a waste of time .. I will never recommend this app to no one

Horrible, do not use. I transferred money to a friend, he had his old account number linked to his phone number.He never got the money. Cash app did nothing to help. I emailed them 5 times, I got one response telling me I was out of luck. Still don't know where the money went. most likely in there pocket.
