Do not do business with CD Baby, their services simply do not work as advertised and their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced,I chose this company to distribute and album to the Digital Music Store and it took me 4 days to try and upload my audio files and in the end I gave up, I then requested a refund for the significant monies I had paid them and after two week waiting I still have had no communication from them at all - I must advise, never. never, never use this company - the are an absolute nightmare!!!!!

Haven't had one sale of the CD or the tracks. Our album is a high-quality saleable Jazz tunes but it doesn't appear to have been marketed by CDBaby at all.I have posted links to the album regularly but no one has purchased and there has been no reporting from CD Baby as to where (if at all) they have marketed the CD.

But they suck at YouTube Content ID.
I distributed my track over 2 months ago,and still Content ID hasn’t been enabled for me, even after opting into it, when I signed up my single.

They deleted my tracks without explanation from all music sites. They blocked my account.They don't reply to my messages. They don't give money either. Tell me what to do. I don't even know what the problem is, nobody answers me. All tracks are copyrighted! The tracks generated an average monthly income of over $ 1,000. I ask who knows to help, I feed my family at the expense of these songs.

Everytime I submit the work tell me to I put a release date and it doesn't. Also when you submit asong and says it ready for distribution and you guys find a problem stop my submission when you shouldn't say your music has been submitted from the beginning the problems should be work out before you come back say later there was a problem with your submission
