First of all there is not enough 🌟🌟🌟 to rate this company .. I was struggling with the Anti allergen test .. I felt so overwhelmed with it all .. but Rebecca, Azahara Cabrera and Sergio helped me step by step .. I would not be sitting here in Tenerife today if it was for them .. Don’t go anywhere else bthese sre the best for the test …Thank you CERTIFIC your staff go above and beyond.

Quick, convenient and easy
I used their services for a lateral flow test (fit to fly) and loved it so much that I have been using it for all my trips since then. It was accepted in every country I went. The kit arrived quickly, the app is easy to navigate and the instructions are very thorough. After testing, had the results in my inbox in a matter of minutes! Customer service is top-notch! When I needed (because of a mistake I made) got a quick response and a lovely lady assisted me through all the process. Will definitely continue using it 😊

Great customer service!
I had an issue with the Token, once I bought the test from Dante Labs, but after 5 minutes of my email to Certific I got my token. The customer service was exceptional!! Really pleased with Marciej that reply to my email and provided me with the tokens.
