Unscrupulous Demand From Checkmyguest!
10 days after my checkout, I received a demand for $300 for a burnt chair, which I knew nothing about. Now, AirBnB says that I owe ~$70 for the damage. Of course I am appealing. I am so mad. This is so ridiculous on so many levels. Please watch out for unscrupulous demand! This is my response to the host's reply: My confirmation code is HMKZXPMTJD The demand (10 days after my departure) simply stated that your company found a chair burnt and demanded payment without any proof and documentation. Of over 30 years of travel, this is first time I am accused of damaging the property. Review Update: A manager from the company reached out to me and promised to look into my issue. After investigating further, he admitted that they made a mistake. The damage demand was sent to the wrong guest (me). As promised, they reached out to AirBnB to rescind the demand against my account (so that AirBnB would remove any red flag on my account - yes, AirBnB tracks your stay violations in your profile.) He also offered me a rebate for my stay for my trouble. While I wish this issue never happened, I commend the company for following through and resolving the issue. (On a side note, my issue was with the erroneous demand that came after my stay. The apartment I stayed in was an excellent apartment near the Eiffel tower.)

The location is great
The location is great. You can easily walk to Metro station and several highlights. The Panthéon is just 5 minutes away, and the Nôtre-Dame is in 15 walk-minutes. There are also bakeries and restaurants around, so no worry to find food. It's really convenient. Speaking of the apartment itself, me and my family love the comfy beds and lovely living room. If you want to save some money and want to cook by yourself, the kitchen can totally meet your needs. There's a toaster, a capsule coffee machine... etc.

The host was very kind and always available for any questions. They were very accommodating and made our stay comfortable.
The apartment was exactly as expected
The apartment was exactly as expected. Clean, spacious and with all the features we needed including clean new towels, bed sheets, and a lot of pillows and blankets. In addition, the company gave us a person to take care of all our needs.

Great lodgings and excellent management team
The fast response time to any of my questions or concerns before travel was short and thorough and effective. The game changer for us was the ability to drop off bags early and also to store our bags after check out in a safe office. The lodging itself was well located very clean and also beautiful. The the two smaller bedrooms worked fine although there wasn't much space between the foot of the bed and the wall which made accessing the far side of the bedroom a bit of a squeeze otherwise the bathrooms kitchen and master bedroom were perfect.
