Ruined outfit due to wrong information on label

I bought an outfit for my 3 month old daughter from the provider Carmelo Kids off of ChildrenSalon and it was beautiful yet when I washed the item the red of the dress turned the white lace pink.I’m not silly as I work in a laundrette I know how to do washing. I washed this item as stated, I washed it alone with one other item of a similar colour at 30 yet it still ruined my outfit. I believe the wrong information was provided on the washing label. Do not buy from Carmelo kids or if you do be aware that their washing information is not correct. ChildrenSalon are rude and said they couldn’t do anything about it I paid over £60 for this item and it has upset me as it was my daughter 1st Christmas outfit and it has been ruined due to wrong information.
The outcome provided was either they keep my outfit and give me a full refund or I get my outfit back and get 10% off the outfit which is not 10% off the outfit it’s just basically my post and packaging money back which means I got no discount on the outfit. I wanted my daughter‘s outfit back as although it is ruined I am going to get it repaired professionally by getting the lace replaced as it is still her 1st Christmas outfit and is sentimental to me. I believe I should have received a full refund so the money for the refund could have covered the repairs to it I’m having to make especially considering this was a fault on there end not putting the correct information in the label. Children Salon claim that I could have the refund providing they keep the outfit which doesn’t make sense as they wanted me to send the outfit in for investigation (not to keep) in the first place yet when they had the outfit and did the investigation the outcome was I could of had a refund so why do they have to keep the outfit? Apparently they need proof of a returns yet they had the pictures, they had my emails, they had the outfit there and then why couldn’t they just send it back and provide the refund. So ridiculous. I wouldn’t have sent the outfit in for investigation if I knew their intention was to keep it if I wanted a refund so they put in a no win situation. I believe that they only gave me the option of keeping the outfit or the refund as they knew how much the outfit meant to me, ruined or not and knew that I wouldnt take the refund option. So now I’m having to pay more money than the outfit itself to get it repaired. I am disgusted by children salon. I have been reading there responses to other people’s reviews and I must say they do like to stick together and try to cover themselves with the lies of CCTV and what not, I honestly will not be shopping at this provider ever again and I will be writing a review and telling people of my situation with them and warning them to never shop here. It’s a high end outlet yet they want to con and mug off people like me who is a single mum and working in a laundrette on low income. I saved up for a long time for this outfit and all I got was rude attitude and unfair options which left me with just a silly 10% discount which only covered my post and packaging. NEVER AGAIN !!!!

DO NOT ORDER!! I have been ordering from the children's salon website for over 5 years and this was the first time I ordered from the outlet,I was happy with the items that came but 3 items were to small, I reboxed the items immediately after opening them an checking out if they would fit. I sent the order back and then 5 days later to my disbelief I received a call from the customer service team. They told me that 2 of the items (witch happend to be the most expensive I ordered) had pen marks all over the items. This was not true in the slitest! I was told that on this occasion I would be refunded an I was very lucky to receive this as I now no many people were not so lucky! I then went on the read the 1 star reviews and found I was not the only person this had happened to! I just want people to be very aware when sending items back! Make sure that you take pictures of the condition of the clothing and maybe even a video to prove the clothes are the condition they arrived in when returning them! I also think that childrensalon outlet pay people for good reviews to hide the bad ones! And I have noticed they replied to the bad ones with a lot of nonsense about CCTV to cover there back. I don't no care about the reply they write to me because I was lucky but I want people to be careful when spending there hard earned money at this online store! After this experience I will unfortunately never even shop at childrensalon again just incase I am not so lucky next time! TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR RETURNS. I DID NOT OWN A PEN AND HAD TO FILL IN MY RETURN IN THE POST OFFICE AND THE POST OFFICE COULD VERIFY THIS, THIS WAS BEFORE I NEW THAT THEY WOULD CALL ME TO SAY THAT THERE WAS PEN ON THE ITEMS, ALSO I HAVE SCREEN SHOT THE DIFFERENT REVIEWS FROM DIFFERENT DATES OF PEOPLE WITH THE SAME PROBLEM AS ME! And if it was true that I had drew with pen on the clothes why would I have a full refund giving to me ? also if there are no pen only pencils why do I have a signature with pen on my items sheet ? I do not have a husband I am a single mum of 3 and have no idea what phone call you are talking about an angry man, I was never angry and still am not angry in any way, I just want people to no my experience and be safe with there money. I was always very polite and we'll mannered, and was happy to be receiving my refund for more items form another shop for my children, Thank you

Absolutely disappointed with this company they have had me lose sleep and cry a lot of tears I wouldn’t even give 1 star if I could!!!After ordering some items for my new baby 1 item wasn’t there I contacted the company who said the cctv etc shows it was sent etc and that was that.... I lose £175 so I open a pay pal dispute they ask me to return the item I did actually receive but I had already done this previously as it didn’t fit my little boy, and I need to provide a tracking number as proof I had returned it, I speak to the company who confirm to me they have it and also it’s confirmed as received on my online account with them, they refuse to refund me unless I close the pay pal case against them. I ask them to confirm to pay pal they have received the item back I did receive and they refuse to do this for me resulting in the dispute going in there favour. They have done nothing to help me receive my money back. I’m now £210 out of pocket because they failed to tell pay pal the truth they had received the item back I had received but returned because they didn’t want to refund me for the item I didn’t receive they more a less told me I was lying and it was there. How can a company that sells to people with young children treat people this way it’s absolutely awful they don’t care at all
I ADVICE YOU ALL TO READ THE LOW STAR REVIEWS AS IM NOT THE ONLY PERSON THAT HAS EXPERIENCED THIS FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I've brought a couple of things for my granddaughter off this site. Everything has arrived very quickly and beautifully wrapped.Recently we brought her first pair of shoes with lockdown there is nowhere to go to measure her feet so we did a guess and ordered. The shoes arrived super quick but unfortunately we quessed very wrong. We arranged an exchange and took the shoes back to the post office on Friday I'm over the moon as today is only Tuesday and the exchange has arrived already. No messing around quick and easy exchange things like this give me the confidence to use the company again. Thankyou so much

I made my first purchasewhen discovered the website-the parcel arrived the following day.Very impressive?I had some problem with the size of the jacket,then the other one came a bit damaged.But they handled my concerns super professionally.
