I’ve been using the Chipolo LOOP on my…
I’ve been using the Chipolo LOOP on my dogs’ collars, and it’s a big improvement over the previous versions. Being able to recharge via USB is huge, and overall it’s the best tracker I’ve found for those of us not in the Apple club. I accidentally tore the rubber loop while attaching it to a new ring on one collar. I reached out to Chipolo hoping it might be repairable, because replacing the whole unit over a damaged rubber piece felt wasteful. While the rubber part itself isn’t replaceable, Chipolo offered me a replacement. Huge thanks to Nina from support for handling this so well. That is 10/10 customer service. I also shared feedback that making the rubber more durable, or user-replaceable, would make the LOOP perfect. It’s been great to see the product evolve: first no battery replacement, then replaceable batteries, now USB charging. Huge progress. If Chipolo makes the rubber replaceable in a future LOOP2, it may be close to perfect. Great product. Even better support.

4 trackers ordered, only 3 working, bit all sorted by great customer service
4 trackers ordered, but only 3 have actually connected to my phone. Tried a full factory reset on the 4th but no joy - it seems I've got a dud.... Edit - Chipolo Customer services have been great and have dispatched a replacement for my dud tracker, so happy to report that all is well and star rating has been amended accordingly
